Not sure we’d even want to try other hotels in Nusa Dua — hard to compare anything to Renaissance. Love, love, love! 🤍

Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Even have kids free ice cream for duration of stay. Will definitely return and is considering joining the Marriot Vacation Club

I would like to bring to your attention an issue that occurred during my recent stay at your hotel. At that time, there was an eruption, and our staff was trying to reach me in my room. However, the reception refused to transfer the call to my room. As my phone was turned off, my staff was urgently trying to contact me to remind me about my flight. Unfortunately, the reception was not helpful, and their reason for not transferring the call was that they did not wish to disturb the guest. Given the circumstances, this was an urgent matter that required immediate attention, and such assistance would have been greatly appreciated. I hope the management can review this matter and ensure that, in the future, urgent calls are handled with better understanding and flexibility. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
