Overall great value for money

This hotel is ideal for those who want to relax on the comfortable beaches of Nusa Dua without overpaying. It's located on the second line, 300 meters from the nearest beach, across the grounds of a neighboring hotel. Prices at the hotel restaurant and bar are very reasonable, three or even half those at beach restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and clean—a true 4-star experience. The pool is large and clean. The breakfast buffet was good.

Cozy stay in a quieter more serene part of Bali

Hotel had a lovely long pool and breakfast was wonderful with many options .

Some regular maintenance would be good rather than reactive maintenance only . Property could be a little cleaner but no problem given the affordability and rooms were big .

Food was heat and eat and inedible. Pool was amazing, room was adequate but nothing spectacular. We had no hot water, bathroom smelt like urine. Grounds were amazing lobby looked great but would not stay there again

Apart from a couple of niggles with the room overall was a good experience.

The location is excellent as is the pool and outside area.

The room was tired and a defective air con unit kept us awake during our first night. (However we reported this in the morning and the unit was inspected with in 15 minutes and repairs began soon after.)

Perfect for a 3-night stay….would have happily stayed longer!

Smart hotel, spacious garden areas and very nice pool area with plenty of sun-loungers and towels; cafe open all day until 9pm. Very nice breakfast buffet. First floor room with terrace above swimming pool. On the “edge” of the Nusa Dua development area, much cheaper than other beach hotels as it has no direct access to the beach but an easy 5 minute walk.

Nice Resort Hotel

- Quiet area within Nusa Dua resort district. -Buffet breakfast included was ok -Walk to beach, local warung & Benoa shops -Nice grounds -Most staff are helpful & friendly

-No insect screens or mosquito net , room gets full of mosquitos and bitten all night. -Some rooms are very small and crappy -When check-in they don't tell you about certain rules, if you break that rule without knowing about it they try to charge you a big fine. But they don't punish the inconsiderate guests who make noise late at night waking people up talking loudly etc.. -Room had broken tiles -Long chairs are uncomfortable, need some cushions. -Weird seats in the lobby, not practical

Lovely pool area, the room as spacious, great shower. Everything you could want is in the room, AC kept room, good value for money.

It is a tricky walk to the beach although only less than ten mins is quite a dark alleyway at night.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. Walking distance to BICC and easy access to the beach.

It's personal preference but we like areas with more local interest and culture. And accommodation that has something different about it. Nusa dua is simply a group of hotels and a van service to a market with world wide branded shops. And that would suit many but we find this kind of vibe not to our taste.

Loved the location, facilities and friendly staff. The beach is a short stroll away and you can find everything you need. Lots of transport options, we called taxi's or used the hotel's driver. They also have 5 adult bikes to hire, first in, first served. These work well for exploring along the foreshore,
