One of the best hotels over stayed at, it gave serious White Lotus vibes (in a good way) The staff are incredible. All so kind, sweet and caring. The pool areas are amazing. Best I've ever stayed at! The breakfast was amazing! So many different cultures to try their food, I loved it! Ate there every day and never got bored. They had some pretty major renovations going on but It did not impact me at all. The team managing is should get an award as it has been impeccably managed. The construction area is coordinated off with huge beautiful gardens so you would never know and it made the hotel even more beautiful. My only suggestion to get more of my money would be change some of the dining options to be more regular food in the evening. Most of your restaurants were dead and felt too formal and expensive. The pool menu is great during the day but I found it hard to eat anywhere with my kids at night. I had to go to the next hotel door which was a loss for you. I would have happily never left! Thank you for a wonderful stay, I hope to come back!

Fantastic hotel and fantastic service We had an incredible stay at the Westin Nusa Dua. It’s a beautiful resort with great amenities, also in a good and calm area. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The service was also incredibly good. We were very well taken care off to say the least. We stayed at the Westin Nusa Dua for four nights around Christmas, and from check-in to check-out, everything was absolutely seamless. Our room (3223) was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well appointed, with excellent amenities throughout. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of choices. The gym was also a standout—spacious, well equipped, and fitted with modern equipment. We loved the hotel’s close proximity to the beach, with access to a beautiful stretch of sand that felt almost private, shared only with nearby hotels. The beachfront workout area was another great highlight. Dining options were plentiful, with a great selection ranging from Indonesian and Indian to Italian cuisine. We also enjoyed the massage services—the treatments were excellent, and the spa amenities were impressive, though we personally found the temperature contrast between hot and cold areas a bit extreme. A special mention as well: it was my birthday during our stay, and the team surprised me with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and we would absolutely return. Thank you to the Westin team for such a wonderful experience.

We stayed at the hotel our whole trip, so all the staff started to recognise us and it was so nice! The hotel manager Marco was beyond lovely - so nice to have a chat and made us feel so welcomed and special! Thank you Marco! I LOVED the house keeping twice a day. This was extremely helpful for me. We have had this in a few hotels in Bali but not in all. And I have to say it was VERY much appreciated! Just getting the extra water or freshening up a towel etc for the night ahead was great! Thank you! Great pools and pool service - we really enjoyed our meals by the pool. All the hotel restaurants were delicious and we look forward to going back to all of them again. BIG SHOUT OUT to allllll the breakfast crew/staff - so so so lovely! You were all kind, and always high fiving my kids and remembering I liked a take away coffee in the morning etc. It sounds like small things, but teh effort of caring and kindness is really what makes a trip special. We look forward to coming back soon - I am already looking at flight of when we can come again next year! OH AND THE KIDS CLUBS - beautiful ladies! So kind, always so happy to see our girls! Our girls were begging us to go to the kids club everyday and do all the fun craft activities! Thank you all for being so kind and caring with our kids! They loved the fun afternoons with you all!

Great property with incredible service. The pool facilities were great for families. There is also an adults only pool for a quieter atmosphere. We really enjoyed the facilities for kids and the day spa. We had a family room, which was spacious with a separate dining and living room. Great for a family. The only issue was the incredibly uncomfortable sofa in the living room. Made the bed the only space to relax.

I spent my birthday here celebrating at the Westin Nusa,Dua Bali Indonesia. The facilities are an example of opulence and cleanliness. The staff is the best representation of excellent customer service and attentiveness. The staff was very accommodating. Highlights for my stay: the breakfast buffet, hands-down one of the best breakfasts in Nusa Dua definitely would recommend the addition to your stay only $11 usd also the beach access is prime location center of the beach. The fire Night show on Friday night was amazing.The restaurant Ikan was great I had Blue Lobster and Large Tiger Prawns! Lit & live the Dj she was keeping the vibe & mood right ! Definitely shoutout to her !!!

Great location in the area. Lovely pools - we enjoyed the saltwater pool and the quieter one near the premium rooms. Our room was a ground floor terrace looking out to gardens which was nice and quiet. Rooms are newer here and excellent. Comfortable beds and calm. Very family friendly, amazing breakfast buffet with all different kids of food - great choices for everyone. Loved the yoga and the wellness centre, fitness gym was very clean and modern also. Could use bikes from the hotel and enjoy riding around looking at other resorts close by. Would definitely recommend. Nice big lobby and staff very friendly and helpful

The only qualm I have is the number of little bugs in the room. They are everywhere. And while it is a tropical place, so some bugs are expected, this seemed more like a food left behind for too long by other people, attracting bugs. The rug in the room was also a little dirty. I placed my bag on the rug for a few minutes and picked it up to find it covered in insects.

Its a beautiful place nice beachfront location surrounding with other luxury hotels , we mentioned our anniversary was just few days before and they welcome us with a decorative towels/flower in the room and nice cake We really appreciate that . Couple of nice restaurants in the hotel very nice . They also have a waiting room lounge you can have shower before your late departure if needed. Definitely will come back to Westin again .

We overall really enjoyed our stay at the westin. Customer sevice was amazing and hotel room was comfy, clean and spacious. Water bottles provided daily A couple of hickups with keycards not working and fridge not working but staff were very apologetic and did what they could to fix things. Just made it a little inconvenient to need to run down to the service desk when we needed assistance. Location was great with multiple restaurants down the beach. Pool was lovely to sit by during the day. I did the free bike tour which was felt like more of a photoshoot rather than a tour. Didnt learn too much about the area. But still great that they have free activity options every day during the week. Overall a beautiful resort. Definitely more of a chill vibe. If you want more of a party, sundays are the days whrre there are more events on other than that its very relaxed vibes.

We had a really great stay here—it was a pleasant surprise! The room was quite spacious and very clean, which we really appreciated. One of our favorite parts was the bathtub—it’s generously sized, not the usual small type, which made for a relaxing soak. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we’ll definitely be back!

We recently stayed at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, and overall, it was just okay. The check-in process was longer than expected, which set a bit of a slow tone right from the start. The room was fine, clean and comfortable, but nothing particularly special or memorable. We visited the beach one day, but were disappointed by the lack of bar service and the extremely low tide, which made swimming less enjoyable. The pool area looked inviting, but it was surprisingly difficult to find staff to order food or drinks, which was frustrating. Restaurants on-site were average—not bad, but not outstanding either. However, room service was good, and the food came promptly. On the downside, our laundry pickup request was never followed through, which was another letdown. One thing I really looked forward to was a Balinese cultural experience, like a traditional dinner or dance performance. Unfortunately, when I inquired, I was simply told to “go somewhere else” for that—definitely not the level of service I had hoped for. While it wasn’t a terrible stay, it didn’t leave us excited to return. Next time, I’ll probably try a different resort that offers more authentic local experiences and better overall service.

Property is well maintained and the staff are very friendly and attentive. From the minute you walk in to the hotel, you feel confident that the service you will receive is top notch. Guests are well looked after and any concerns are addressed fairly quickly. All the public spaces and washrooms are very clean. The beach and pool area is easy to access and well maintained. Our room was spacious and had a great organization system for our belongings so it didn't feel cluttered. The temperature control/HVAC worked really well. Improvement Suggestions: 1. The dining options are alright; they are not bad but it could be improved. There are better dining options 5-10 mins away from the Westin at the Bali collection mall. 2. While the resort is a family friendly resort (which is great), it would be great to have an adults only section around the pool and beach area for those who may want some quiet space while on vacation.
