We had an exceptional stay from start to finish. The resort is beautifully maintained, with stunning grounds, spacious pools, and a relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for families. Our children loved the pool, and the connecting rooms were ideal for our family, offering plenty of space and comfort. The rooms were spotless, housekeeping and room service were excellent, and every member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The restaurants offered great food with plenty of variety, and overall the resort provided everything we needed for a relaxing holiday without ever feeling the need to leave the property.
There was very little to fault. The resort is located within the Nusa Dua hotel area, so if you’re looking to explore local restaurants and attractions outside the resort, you’ll need to travel a bit. However, this wasn’t an issue for us, as we were looking for a relaxing resort holiday and the property delivered exactly that.

Service, breakfast, staff
Staff communication, changed rooms and wasn't fully ready - minibar not complete as previous people must have not updated staff on their use. renovations going on, view not great from the pool.

The beach walk and the rooms are spacious.
The hotel was undergoing construction and it wasn’t mentioned when i booked and wasn’t declared on the booking site!
