Breakfast was excellent, beach was nice and clean, service in beach area great and room was comfortable, bathroom had especially good layout

water could be colder in main pool. Also the from "river" from main pool to kids pool - there is complicated to climb out. And the birds were making poop from trees to the pool side sun beds

The hotel don’t respect the guests . The hotel hosted conference and suddenly all the facilities occupied. The staff gave full priority to the conference guests and kicked out the main hotel guests from the facilities . 3 days of hell were there .

In the conference days the beach restaurant was kicking out me ( ikan Resturant ) from empty table saying you aren’t from the conference staff leave the table sorrry . What should I do with this sorry . You feel the hotel Like a very cheap place crowded with high traffic in every restaurant and in every place . Finally they decided to do party at 6.00 AM down of my balcony . The 2 rooms we booked were strongly affected by this conference . People in the conference were noisy stay till the late nights shouting . It was mess everywhere for 3 days and the hotel just preferred the commercial part and to gain profit versus the quality . I paid almost USD 8000 for 11 nights 2 rooms and the hotel wasted 30% from my vacation days and time simply for the commercial side . Also , I don’t see any transparency in selling nights for a guest without notifying him that he will not find facially of a seat to set for 3 days and if I knew that I wouldn’t book the hotel from the beginning . The vacation Interrupted and the nights waisted .
