Hotel with plenty of space and swimming pools for every age! Staff very kind and helpful. Wonderful breakfast , all fresh, great variety and quick serving for all tastes. Really really nice! Super nice gym. Great beach area and outdoor gym. Good variety of restaurants (Italian, local, japanese and Indian). Rooms modern and well decorated (cosy)! Nice bed! Good to rent bikes for free to visit surroundings by the beach. General great decoration. Excellent for families with kids. There is a kid club with activities! Really nice. I surely recommend it!

Ikan restaurant by the beach expensive for local food. Menu could include as well some western dishes

Rooms have been upgraded and are very clean. Breakfast is fabulous with so much choice. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I have been to this resort many times of the years and was thrilled to see Satriyani, who goes out of her way to make you feel special.

I stayed in the new premier rooms last November and they had coffee machines which are a lovely touch. I am a coffee drinker and did not like the Bali sachets that were in my room this time. i would actually prefer Nescafe as the sachet was not enjoyable.

We expected to receive a service that matched with price.

Location and the beach

We attended new year evening party at the ballroom. The food quality was below what we anticipated for such an expensive ticket, and the concert program was also disappointing. While the ticket was marketed as a luxury New Year’s event, the services and overall experience did not reflect the price we paid.

Room was good size, comfortable beds and clean. Breakfast was really god and the service from the staff was the best.

Currently they are doing some renovations work in the hotel what is a good thing for the hotel and you can see the improvement on the rooms. However, at some moment can get noisy. Staff alway helpful to fine solutions

A tranquil and beautiful stay in Nusa Dua.

Amazing stay at the Westin, Nusa Dua. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a fabulous living room area that could be used when we arrived and prior to leaving (due to a later flight). You could use the showers and large lounge area to get ready for flight. The breakfast was fantastic as well as the Indian restaurant that we tried. Taxi's available all the time, via the Grab app. Close to the Bali Collection (short walk)

Relaxing Christmas break. The the hotel really pulled out all the festive stops

Our room was close to some building works. We were moved straight away and as we had ordered room service, this was not charged. Upon checking out, the hotel gave us a discount of IDR1M for our inconvenience. A truly excellent service, and we cannot recommend highly enough

Fantastic location! The beach in front of the hotel is so well kept and gorgeous! The staff on the beach are incredible! The pool area is stunning and love that they have water stations available on the beach and the pool.

Found the property itself quite “tired” could definitely do with a renovation particularly the rooms! But was still comfortable and clean

Just a suggestion! When ordering a poolside snack. Perhaps staff could take payment either before or after my family are eating. Let me enjoy my food rather than signing receipts with a mouthful of pizza and oily hands.

Fabulous stay in a fantastic Hotel

The Westin is a fabulous resort with its own beach front and many swimming pools. It has a number of top class restaurants. The room we had was modern and very comfortable and helped make our stay restful. Breakfast catered for everyone and the staff here were exceptionally efficient and very polite making breakfast a pleasure. Loved our stay here. The whole place is fantastic the staff even better.

There is presently a lot of refurbishing going on so expect some noise around the main pool. Other than that there’s nothing too dislike

Outstanding service and beautiful weekend away.

We spent the weekend at the Westin and from the moment we arrived, you could tell service was 10/10. It's all in the little details - such as asking for a extra bed at turn down and returning to our room after dinner and the bed was there. Its the cold towels given out around the pool along with the comp canapes and the overall friendliness of the staff. You can tell a lot of effort goes into the 1%er with staff training, which makes a property of this calibre different from its competitors. We really enjoyed the push bikes, stand up paddle boards and canoes - all included in the room rate. My husband also loved the beach gym set up including the ice bath!

Beautiful stay at the Westin

Beautiful well maintained grounds, great restaurant variety, nice big pool with a smaller kids area which we used a lot. Staff were very lovely and accommodating. There was construction happening on part of the hotel but the rooms were sound proofed and it really didn’t bother us at all.

Hotel is a bit dated, the rooms were comfortable but looked like they were getting a bit old and in need of an upgrade. We stayed in a 2 bedroom room and it was spacious but the layout wasn’t great with little kids as the sleeping areas were quite separate and far apart.

The staff are so welcoming and such a pleasure, you do not pass anyone without a warm greeting. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing. this was our second time staying here and will definitely be back

It was amazing

The property is located in nusa dua which is a quite location a bit far from other activities but it was excellent for families with sidewalks that can be walked on with kids and strollers unlike every other area ive been to in indonesia in general

Only bad comment i have is regarding a lizard I don’t know which type but it looked like a baby crocodile around 2-3 foot my kids saw it swimming in the ponds around the pool area and it was fine until i saw it swimming next to me while holding my 2 year old boy

Memorable experience in a stunning resort

Staff were amazing nothing was to much, service with a smile, staff always help to ensure we had an amazing experience. The experience in the Westin was incredible and that was down to the staff working on Reception, Housekeeping, Ikan Restaurant, Breakfast Restaurant, Pool Bar staff. WE will be back next year

nothing that we did not like apart from having to come home
