There is a lack of atmosphere. Pool was very quiet, but we did travel in the off season. Could have had more opportunities made available with travel to the beach etc. We did a lot of walking.

The lication of the hotel is excellent! Near to beaches and shops. Very comfortable and peaceful located in a beautiful resort area. The hotel us superclean, rooms also and the beds are wonderful. Breakfast is great! Many options! Dinner at the restaurant is alsi very good. Best staff ever! So kind and helpful. We loved our stay here and we abdolutely recommend it!

A very nice 8 days stay with a courtesy bus every hour to take you to other hotels and shopping .

A bonus for customers would be a shuttle service to Kuta or Sanur, maybe twice a day! As the property is a little out of the way, it would make the stay more convenient and would not feel so isolated. Just a suggestion and could be added into the daily hotel rate at a very minimal rate(?!) Also please show and promote how to get to the beach, we did not see any info on directions to get to the beach.

If you need a quick stop over for a cheap price it will do.

Definitely not a 5star property. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Needs a lot of maintenance. Breakfast buffet was not good at all.

Solid option if you don't like huge resorts but still want that 5 star treatment.

The staff is very motivated to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast buffet and dinner a la carte are high quality. The bike rental option is very convenient to quickly get to the beach and other nearby attractions such as the Bali Collection and Museum Pasifika. The surrounding area is very well maintained and relatively quiet.

It's a smaller hotel compared to the huge beach side resorts on the other side of the road, so that makes the hotel seemingly a little boring with fewer activities and spots to go read a book or just hang around. So if you're looking for a resort experience this hotel is not the best fit. Otherwise it's a very comfortable location with helpful staff and easy access to activities in the southern part of Bali.

Comfortable but not relaxing

Comfortable but nothing extraordinary. Walking distance to the beach but too far if it’s hot, no shuttle to the beach. Breakfasts are great but in a dark restaurant with a freezing air conditioner so not too pleasant. The building itself feels like an office and not hotel. Glass walls and doors with loud sounds make it a non relaxing place. Finally, tariffs just skyrocketed right before Christmas so we moved to a better hotel with a more reasonable price and facilities. Two days was enough.

Great location just set back from the beach. Nice little restaurant on site and the staff were fantastic throughout. We actually stayed twice during our Bali trip and booked in the relatives too due to the service received. If there was any issues the staff would sort it. Highly recommend. Shout out to Made the GM also.

The friendliest staff! Always smiling and helpful. The pool was lovely, the beds were super comfortable, great variety with breakfast, and loved the use of the free bicycles to explore the area.

Not a 5 star hotel

The staff are very lovely even the manager dealing with our complaints despite giving us a refund when my partner experienced an extreme mould allergy due to the state of the room.

Unfortunately we did not last more than two hours in this hotel. We entered the room and it had a very stale smell the toilet and shower where unclean and mould was present throughout the room we tried to shake it off and go look at the pool. When we got there we found rubbish in the pool and the water had a film and was stagnant. There is no activities and the gym has 3 treadmils and a weight set nothing more. We ended up leaving and going to the resort over the road which was a huge improvement. The manager did offer to change our room but when asked if there is mould in that one can we have a refund he still refused at this time we decided to cut our losses. I have attached photos of our room and the rubbish in the pool. Also alot of the photos in google are from the wrong hotel there is a 5 star resort next door called the nusa dua beach hotel and spa

Great spot for the money!

Was in the unfortunate position of having a sick baby towards the end of our recent trip and had to find accommodation near the hospital in Nusa Dua. Found the Bali Nusa Dua hotel to be very pleasant and the staff to be more than helpful. Room was very comfortable while we waited for our little girl to get better and I’d definitely recommend it to those wanting a nice hotel that’s not overrun with other families. They even arranged a cot for us which was very last minute, so super thankful to the team.

The light switches are confusing as anything. They don’t connect to the lights you think they logically should.

A tired hotel with dedicated staff.

Breakfast was lovely and had a great selection.

I’m sure the hotel was once a 5-star hotel. But that was many, many years ago. The place is tired, dirty and in need of an upgrade. The place felt like a ghost town. The spa area was closed and packed away. It felt like half the hotel was closed down. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people passing in the hallway. I only saw about 10 other guests. But the staff were wonderful and the meals were delicious.

Underwhelming but value for money

Breakfast was very good with a wide selction. Room was comfortable and clean.

Check-in was meant to be from 2pm and arrived at 3pm and had to wait 40mins for the room to be ‘available’. Similarly on check out we had to wait for someone to check our room before we could leave and then bizarrely questioned about pool towels (which we hadn’t had). The whole venue felt more conference centre than hotel.

Amazing staff, seems more like a business hotel since there is a Convention Centre nearby

Staff were very welcoming and they went above and beyond. I had asked prior to arrival about vegan dishes. Upon arrival I mentioned that there were not many options, when I returned later that day the reception staff had spoken with the chef and had made a menu especially for me! The hotel manager was amazing.

It was a bit further from the beach than expected,but I did manage to use one of the hotels bicycles to get around.
