Excellent service from all staff

All of it! Absolutely disgusting. Everywhere was dirty especially by the pool, walkways, in the restaurants, and the rooms hadn’t been changed for thirty five years. A complete insult

Great staff and facilities

Although the property is very beautiful the food options weren't great. They have 4 different restaurants who pffer a buffet and all options were limited. Rather than having one big buffet with all options

Had a car alarm going off beside our room for 2 nights management done nothing to help us

The staff were ok, what bothered me a lot was that, there was hair on food that I ordered by the pool, when I mentioned this to the staff, their manager came and told me that, the food is cooked outside and they can’t control what goes inside it. They said sorry and left, I was charged for the food still. It was a bitter experience.

Great beach.

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt was absolutely beautiful — so peaceful, yet very family-oriented. Our daughter loved the kids club and the waterslide, and the pool areas were pristine. The food, whether enjoyed by the pool or in the restaurants, was first class and absolutely delicious. We will definitely return!

Have towel collection baskets as you’re leaving a pool to drop your towel off, otherwise they are left on good seats making the deck seats unusable to others

We stayed for 3 nights with the all inclusive package. Highly recommend! The resort is beautiful, the food is amazing and the pool is fantastic!

Lobby was great, but the hotel's age was showing everywhere else. No detailed touches expected of a Grand Hyatt (after pulling out the very nicely placed tissue at the tissue box, there was no more tissue within) and the room smells weird, like very chlorinated water.

We came from a smaller resort in Seminyak and the difference was disappointing. Yes its a large resort but the staff are far less accommodating, their English is not as good so lots of miscommunication and time wasted trying to find out information that is not readily available or clear. The rooms are in an array of condition with some very dated, in need of maintenance, dark and mouldy/musty. We moved rooms 3 times so recommend the north wing as the best location and room standard. The buffet breakfast is disappointing, food in restaurants are on repeat apart from the Japanese and overpriced Italian. Looking at the menu's it is easy to think prices are reasonable but tax & service charges are added to the total and you may as well be in Aus. The main pool area is grubby, no one cleans the lounges or tables. The grounds are beautiful and main pool is awesome for kids but unfortunately even though signed no one is enforcing the saving of sunbeds and the big groups of families always commendeer the lounges and save them for the day which is very frustrating, especially when they leave them unattended for hours while they go off to eat and drink. The resort is marketed to have many water sports ie, surfing, banana boat, parasailing, readily available although this is not the case, they need to booked in advance and cost a fortune.. such a waste that the gorgeous beach area is not utelised. We have 2 kids 10 & 12 years and found the resort to be underwhelming.

Noisy beach club next door- couldn’t get to sleep. No good wifi in room. Average buffet breakfast compared to other Bali stays. Wait time for check in and long distance to walk from room to lobby, pool and other amenities (and we booked a nice ocean view room).. not the peaceful, relaxing stay we hoped for.

Absolutely incredible stay! I wish we were there a bit longer. Our boy (1) wasn’t able to join in with any of the groups and activities

Fantastically facility. Great for kids. Outdoor mall nearby for food options. But a bit sanitized - a gated community isolated from the slightly chaotic “real Bali” that I kinda like.

Location, staff

Overall good experience for a family with lots of amenities, really nice garden, big pool with a slide, courteous staff, nice rich breakfast buffet, nice clean beach and good location near Bali Collection which is great for shopping and dining. Pasar Senggol was a great experience with buffet dinner and 2 hours of live dancing. Spa experience was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the AC did not work at night time, there was loud music and drunk folks from the events happening at the beach at night time.

The staff were friendly eager to assist. Whilst the first night of my stay the room was not what l expected, as in old and smelling of mould. They changed my room and it was lovely.

Excellent hotel. Great location, just opposite Bali Collection. Grounds are very well kept. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nothing to fault.

Very much enjoyed watching sunrise every morning. The staff were lovely and the spa was incredible

Walakable to shops. Great resort facilities. And staff were great. Price wise is more expensive than some resorts around it. Other than that, great resort.

The gorgeous setup of the resort with breathtaking lilly ponds and beautiful flowers with Ganesha and goddesses statues gave a very peaceful and meditation vibes. Our restroom/toilet flush system on the side was something I didnt like.

Beautiful resort gardens and pool right on beach. New Salsa Rooftop Bar gorgeous views and atmosphere but a hand rail on the stone staircase to access the bar would be really good. All Staff very welcoming and service excellent.

We liked staying at the Grand Hyatt. Beautiful resort, amazing facilities. The only thing I didn't like was the noise coming from the construction site but I understand its temporary. Otherwise really good. We also liked that near the hotel we could find nice cafes.

Perfect location. All staff very professional and friendly. Sports Bar disappointing. Should have more food on the menu like burgers, fries, pizza. Music (DJ) was great. Was great to see a team cleaning up the beach where lots of rubbish had been swept up onto the beach from the ocean.

Luxury in every way, this is the choice hotel in Nusa Dua, staff always friendly & helpful, the grounds are absolutely stunning, so is the pristine private beach. We had meals at the Nampu & Pasar Senggal, great memories. We had a sea view room, waking up to the sounds of waves & enjoy the morning sun overlooking the ocean, it’s a bliss!

Family friendly hotel woth 5 start staff who pay attention to detail. Ever so welcoming and they go.above and beyond to make sure you are as comfortable as you are at home.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We tried all the restaurants and bars and rhey were all high standard. We used the spa, the kid's club, took surf lessons - every service was excellent. Our stay really exceeded all expectations. Thank you!
