Cannot bring outside food from online order to your stay because they have an in house restaurant. You can get food from hotel yourself though and eat. No cutleries in kitchen though. Also good places to eat are little far away

Comfy, spacious, friendly staff in a great central location!

What a great central hotel! About 10 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes to Sanur harbor (to Nusa Penida) and 1.5 hour to Padang Bai harbor (to Gili/Lombok). The staff are so friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfy. The pool is lovely. Room was spacious and clean. We booked a lagoon room and felt it was an exceptional value for the price. They store your luggage which was really convenient for weekend trips to Lombok, Nusa Penida, and Gili islands.

Only downside is the restaurant, which you will see in a lot of reviews. They don’t allow outside food delivery, and the restaurant has a limited menu that isn’t that great. Just plan ahead for this and get food on your way to the hotel or if you are out and about. The breakfast that’s included wasn’t the best breakfast we had, but also not the worst. At least it is substantial. For us, how great the rest of the hotel was overshadowed the minor inconvenience of the restaurant.

Old property and not well maintained

Usual rooms or villas were very old property, seems like not well maintained / cleaned. Photos of the listing were not near a true representation of current reality. We wanted to leave the next day then they offered a fairly new built villa which was ok so we stayed. Only good experience was with staff, ladies at the reception were so nice 🙂

Good location 15 min drive from airport, wide room and bathroom, beautiful pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they fix our urgent laundry needs in a few hours.

A quiet, safe place with excellent staff

Clean sheets and big pillows on a big comfortable bed. We woke to the sound of sweet birdsong, and later went to sleep to the sound of the pool waterfall. Great massage at onsite spa. The layout and design is excellent. All staff were fabulous!

Very busy road nearby so couldn't walk to supermarket. Bigger coffee cups in room would be good.

Great place but the fitness centre shouldn't advertised as so.

Staff great, pool great, room great. It's quiet, comfortable and the wifi is fast.

The "fitness centre" is not a gym, it is a hot room with one exercise bike with a broken pedal strap, and one broken treadmill. There is nothing else. The treadmill was out of use when I arrived for 3 days - I booked this hotel specifically because it had a treadmill. The staff told me it would take a month to fix, so I made them do it quickly. It then broke again a few days later. Fitness centre should not be advertised on this property. Everything else was great. Would have been 10/10 if the treadmill worked, and they added at least some dumbbells.

Gaing Mas Villa's review

The villa was private and the staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodating. We had a water leakage from a pipe on our last days and they really tried to help but was under ground. To apologize they dropped us at the airport for free saving us money and we thank them.

Their was no specific scooter parking for guests. Also their was no protection from the rain when going into the room suggest extending the eaves.

Beautiful accommodation at a reasonable price.

excellent room size, wonderfully comfortable bed and beautiful deep bath. I loved the little kitchen/storage area which had its own sink and mini fridge as well as large enough area to hold your bags so the bedroom and living area can stay clutter free. The entrance to the pool via your balcony area was also a lovely touch.

The internet was a bit of a pain. you constantly have to sign in again and again anytime you close down your phone/laptop/table which meant I was not getting (sometimes very urgent) messages because my phone was not connected to the internet unless I was using it.
