Ocean View Terrace- Fireworks at night good location to beach & airport. Included Breakfast & dinner options. Overall a very nice hotel & accommodations.
The air in the general area is smoggy. I noticed some smoke coming out by the airport.
There is also a loud plumbing noise that is coming out from the bathroom toilet.
I also had a large monkey climb up to my balcony and hissed at me and I told him to leave! 🙉🐒😅
It would be nice if we had access to turn the balcony light on & off.
The beach is very dirty filled with trash. Im afraid to walk barefoot!

Close to the beach lined with numerous sea food restaurants though the beach was not ideal for swimming. The breakfast provided was excellent and varied to suit all palates. The staff always couteous and served with a smile. The reception staff really welcomed you with warmth.
Maybe a free shuttle service between the hotel and the main town would help.

Lovely location; great facilities, and Mia at reception was so helpful when I wanted to extend my stay. All the staff were very kind and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all staff at Platinum. You are all amazing.

Breakfast was really good lots of selection and cooked well. The staff were very friendly and willing to help.The resort was very clean
The only only things I didn’t like were reception didn’t allow me to bring my surfboard to my room the next day a friend came and was allowed to bring her surfboard to the room. Also the remote was not working on the television and the new one still did not work properly my friends in another room had the same problem
