Amazing Hotel and Staff

I recently stayed at Platinum Hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The beachfront location is perfect, with plenty of fresh seafood restaurants just steps away, making evening walks and dinners by the ocean so enjoyable. The staff were warm and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully set up for a relaxing stay. Everything felt well cared for and welcoming. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a great location by the beach.

Great hotel for a reasonable price very close to beach and seafood restaurants, a bit more practice

Great location opposite beach, friendly staff, good selection at breakfast, comfy bed, Spa prices were very reasonable.

After enquiring for a return visit during an off season stay arriving at Midnight and leaving at 9pm the next day the only option the hotel had was pay for 2 nights. The hotel had very little occupancy and if the offer had been reasonable we would have stayed again. My husband had a trainee for his massage and although it was acceptable it was not good.

The location is great with many sea restaurants across the street - on the beach. The barbecue on the rooftop of the hotel was with very tasty food and good music. The balinesse massage is unforgettable. The breakfast is very tasty. The staff are very kind.

Beautiful, clean, spa is amazing!! So many options for food (which was all delicious and reasonably priced).

Fridge is too small, needs more towels in room and (at times) noisy hallways with kids, teen and rowdy adults which weren’t controlled or monitored.

Acceptable location to use to explore Bali.

Brilliant location so that had room with balcony to enjoy round the clock views of beach and sea activities.

Loved eating meals on the roof of the hotel. Menu selections were good. Our room was a good size. Staff were very positive and friendly always interested in our nearby adventures!

Had a wonderful Christmas holiday at the Platinum Hotel & Bali

A very wide variety of fruits, vegs, cooked meals and the usual breakfast menu. One is spoilt for choice. The Staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help us whenever we had queries + frequent checks that all was well with the service. Will definitely refer Platinum Beach Hotel, Jimbaran to friends visiting Bali. A very enjoyable stay.

Clean and bright modern accommodations close to the airport.

Our corner suite was clean and airy with sweeping beautiful views of the ocean and local street activity. The amenities and complimentary herbal drinks and in-room drinking water were thoughtfully provided and the breakfast spread was tremendous! The staff spoke English well and provided great information for local recommendations.

The elevators were quite hot without air conditioning and a challenge for anyone claustrophobic, like myself. There wasn’t hot water on our last night there before ending our trip. The robes in our room were quite worn but functional. The sheets on the bed were of good quality but had stains we wish weren’t there.

Great value, great location near the airport.

Great breakfast, great roof garden bar restaurant and great smiles from the caring staff.

The beach. Other than the occasional waves, very dirty and totally unsuitable for swimming or surfing due to the floating plastics and other garbage. So disappointing for such a nice, long beautiful place.

Great value for money, amazing staff!/

We loved our stay in this hotel. The place is very clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing and beyond, super friendly and helpful. The food was great, breakfast was amazing with a huge variety. The chef and the kitchen staff were fantastic accommodating our dietary requirements, being coeliac and with a kid allergic to dairy. The pool is great and the staff and environment at the rooftop is amazing as well.

If there is a downside of the place, is the location, depending on what you're after, while located in front of the beach, which is great, Jimbaran area is not so walkable so you need transport anywhere you want to go. But we wanted to relax so this hotel was awesome.

3 minute walk to Jimbaran Beach

I asked to change to another room and reception agreed. The first room I was assigned (625) was in front of the motors from the air conditioners and there was a continuous noise.

The fact that the air conditioner motors were positioned on the wall of the interior patio. The staff at the roof top bar were inattentive and slow.

A very pleasant hotel with friendly, helpful staff. I would recommend for a stay up to one week.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, any issue was resolved quickly. The breakfast is great, a huge variety of options for both Western and Asian cuisines. The view from our room was lovely, looking out over the ocean into the sunset. We could also enjoy watching the planes taking off and landing at the international airport, but from far away enough that there is no noise.

The hotel turned out to be a little more isolated than we thought, there are a lot of empty lots around it and no other hotel close by. The hotel restaurants are good, but the room service menu has only limited options available. While there is a row of nice beach restaurants on the sand in front of the hotel, they are all seafood so little diversity of food there.

It was a perfect short stay

The staff were very warm, polite & welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. The location was perfect as it was close to the airport. Lovely view of the sunset on the rooftop bar.

Room was beautiful with an uninterrupted view over the ocean, automatic curtains and was spacious

Check-in was appalling. We arrived at 1.30 however as the time to check in was 3pm we were asked to wait, given some drinks vouchers and showed to the restaurant. We ordered 2 meals which didn’t arrive for an hour despite there only being max 10 people in the restaurant When we went back at 3 pm ro check in we were told the both rooms weren’t ready so were asked to come back in 10 mins. Came back and asked to come back in 15 mins as the rooms weren’t ready still. Finally 30 mins later we were given the room keys. We decided to go to the rooftop bar for dinner as it has a beautiful view. We ordered our meals, then 10 mins later my husband was told the chicken he ordered was not available, no problems, he then ordered steak. 10 mins later he was told that a lot of orders came in for room service so it would take half an hour to cook and wouldn’t come out with thh the e rest of the meals. He wanted his meal at the same time and so asked for pizza instead “sorry the pizza oven is broken”. I ordered a steak with the sauce on the side and mushrooms. No mushrooms, sauce on the top. All in all a bad experience especially from the restaurant/food prep.

Bathroom facilities were so limited, no conditioner, towels were old and only in 2 sizes. The pool wasn’t really great.

Fine for a night before the airport

We liked the pool on the 5th floor, the spa, and the restaurant were nice. The room was spacious, but I payed extra for an ocean view room and it wasn’t very ocean view.,we also had a lot of noise all night from the gang of dogs across the street barking every 30 min throughout the night.

The rooms were very nicely decorated, very comfortable and very spacious. There were 2 pools, a gym, day spa, rooftop bar, excellent breakfast buffet with abundant and varying choices that were always topped up by friendly staff. The manager, Rahadian, was very helpful and proactive in understanding the needs of his guests and ensured we had a fabulous stay. The beach is right across the road and the airport only a short drive away.

For your information, the pools are not very big or deep but perfect for cooling down in and splashing about.

Our second stay at Platinum!

I unintentionally mentioned it was my husband's birthday and they prepared cake with birthday notes and fruits on our checkin time. So sweet. We love the friendliness of the staff; the quality, taste of the food (room service) and in reasonable price; the gym is excellent and pool is nice.

It's our second time staying here so we can tell, the breakfast is not as tasty as it was on our previous stay 2 months ago. The food is good, great selection, but the taste two months ago was insanely delicious, but this time just a bit lacking the magical touch. Pastry and coffee is as great! The bathroom has an awful smell in the morning coming out from the drainage and the smell lingers the whole day until we checkout. Everything else about the room is lovely.

great value, large rooms, perfect location, excellent views and yummy food.

Perfect in every way: Large rooms, great balcony views, excellent roof top bar for sunset drinks and the BBQ Buffet, Yummy and extensive Breakfast buffet, friendly staff, great location straight across from the beach.

Pool area overlooking the beach was getting a new deck replacement so was unfortunately out of order. the other pool was still nice, but cooler as its in shade most of the day.
