Comfortable hotel direct on the beach

The room was a little dark to my taste as windows were not that tall. Bright aircon light with no option to turn it off.

The best hotel staff and service I’ve ever had! The place itself is much prettier than shown in the photos - it’s an amazing little enclave of peace, with a private beach and all the facilities needed. The rooms are very spacious, really clean and comfy. The food is fantastic, beautifully served and absolutely delicious. I only wished we could have stayed there longer!

A nice clean resort but lacks key features being included that would make it a 5 star resort.

The Balinese feel of the resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was nice, order from Menu which is nice and the coffee was good. Location was good there are a few restaurants, shops and places for massages within walking distance.

Our Room door entry system failed on numerous occasions and the room was very noisy during the night when it rained. The rain was very loud throughout the room. There was no way of locking the room from the inside i.e. deadlock for nighttime etc. Our first room was quite dated compared to the one we were moved to when they moved us due to the door entry system. The second room was much more comfortable. Don't book a Premier Room if you want the updated rooms. Whilst the coffee was really nice it was incredibly disappointing that they charged extra for alternative milk, and we were told EVERY morning, which just made it worse. It was not cheap to stay at this resort and considering they say it is 5 Star this should be a standard inclusion as it is in most other hotels/resorts in Bali. We stayed 10 nights, so this was not acceptable.

The garden view and pool view is beautiful

The room I was assigned was located directly next to the outdoor cold storage area at the back of the hotel. I was repeatedly awakened by loud noises from stock being dropped in the backyard, as well as staff talking and giggling at early morning. This level of noise next to a guest room is completely unacceptable. In addition, the single bed provided was extremely small—closer to a child-sized bed. I have never encountered a bed of this size in any hotel before.

The doors of the room shows that it's old - the locks are rusty, the lower panel of the bedframe on the side fell off during our stay. No harm but it seems is usually happens since the staff already knows about it.

Good value resort with lovely grounds and good location.

Room was lovely. They had confirmed they could provide an extra bed but then forgot to get it ready. Set it up on arrival. The space was great though and location was good. Grounds were pretty and well kept.

Aircon leaked and staff could be a little more on it in terms of service. But they were very kind.

The location was so good. The staff were friendly all the time. The food was great particularly the club sandwich :) The cleanliness of the hotel in general was great.

People not staying at the hotel could use the seats at the swim up bar which meant paying guests missed out. 3 separate charges were added to our room that were not ours.

Cosy Luxurious Escape

Traditional Balinese setting, very hospitable staff that go above and beyond. Enjoyed the day spa highly recommend. Rooms were comfortable and clean and overlooked gorgeous garden. Great food in restaurant, especially enjoyed breakfast.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! The rooms were lovely, the grounds were well kept, the staff were friendly and most importantly the breakfast was absolutely delicious!! A La Carte breakfast with so much choice, I couldn’t fault it.

The chairs in the restaurant were very uncomfortable, I wonder how no one else had ever mentioned it before. Perhaps some cushions?

Staff were very good! Loved the hotel and facilities. Breakfast box was a bonus for the days we didnt have time to eat.

Pillows on bed were way too soft and the replacement wasn't any better. Need to invest in better toilet paper.. too thin and stuck to you. We only had dinner at the hotel once, experience wasn't great.. sat us down and forgot to give us the menu. When I asked for it (10 minutes later) they gave my wife the "dinner menu" and me the "lunch menu". Ordered the chicken satay and was too rich with nothing to balance the flavours.

Perfect holiday vibes

The room was exceptional. We were immediately immersed in a holiday atmosphere upon arrival, where we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Our luggage was handled with care, and the check-in process was seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed the daily tea break, the delightful breakfast, and the superb swimming pool. In the restaurant, they only provided free drinking water at breakfast. I found this strange because drinking water is a basic. They should actually be encouraging people to hydrate by providing cd water, especially around the pool area because it gets too hot there

-Old furnitures, this hotel looks like at least 25 y old with no change in any of the facilities or furnitures -the room would not get any cold as it size compared to the small A/C it has, got to be 1 ton or less in power could not sleep well because the weather was hot the days I stayed -the beach was not 100% private as it has no borders with neighbours -beach was not clean -I asked for king size bed, the gave us 2single bed and joind them with single bed sheed, you can feel the wood in the middle

Relaxing holiday in a beautiful resort!

We really enjoyed staying at Sadara Resort, our room was well appointed with a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. All of the employees were so lovely and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and we just felt so relaxed. We had breakfast and dinner at the Santai Beach House, their main restaurant, it had a view of the pool, the beach and the sea. It also had a cooling sea breeze, which we looked forward to, after touring around Bali during each day in the heat. Food at breakfast and dinner was very good and the restaurant staff are amazing, with a special shout out to Tenny. The bar attached to the pool had a happy hour each afternoon. We would definitely like to return at some time in the future.

The Santai Beach House Restaurant had a standard menu for breakfast and dinner, but because we stayed for ten days, we would have liked more options on the menu. Lighting in the bathroom was not very bright.
