Great room with nice patio area. Lovely pool with nice facilities and pool bar. Lovely touch from the house keeping that the day we left wrote with palm leaves on the bed "we will miss you".
The hotel doesn't make you feel welcome. A sharp contrast with Balinese hospitality standards.
Handed a set of rules at check in and asked twice to confirm we read them.
Signs around the pool area warning that if sun loungers are left unoccupied for more than 10' the staff will relocate your items.
The restaurant had an evening with Balinese dances but we were informed immediately by the staff that if one didn't want the BBQ set menu (which we were not interested in) it had to sit at the back (with ho view of the dancers), making you feel like a second class guests.
Though the room was nice, the headboard with built in bed side tables had been made for two separate beds. As a result, when they converted it into a double room with a single bed, the bedside tables were at least 50cm from the bed, making it hard to reach and making the reading lights barely useable.
