Such a beautiful place to stay. The location is perfect and the hotel is stunning. It's very quiet and has lots to offer. Lots of restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance.

The staff are amazing. Particularly at Kids Villa, F&B and Housekeeping. The person that checked us in was also very kind.
Some very light smell of mould in the room.

Spacious room, spacious bed, nice pool area. Very friendly staff. Seems great for families.
No public seating area outside your room or pool unless you paid.
The main buffet dining wasn’t air conditioned.
The food was so disappointingly less than average. So bland and tasteless.
Avoid the laundry service. So overpriced. 1,400,000 IDR (70 USD) for a load of laundry was a scam.
Ants in the room. Torn bedsheet. Stained towels.
Underwhelming dining experiences at other restaurants.
Cacunia was so boring and plain. Avoid their pizzas.
We had much better experience when we dined at Westin than Sofitel.
