I would not choose to stay there again

The staff was great

Very tired hotel .. difficult to get a seat at breakfast.. poorly managed.. no aircon at reception only fans .. so it can get very uncomfortable waiting for service.. not a great location.

It has a large lagoon pool, is very family-friendly, and the staff are wonderful and attentive.

The coffee served at breakfast is made from a machine. As a cappuccino lover, I would really appreciate having a cappuccino with a nice, thick foam. It would definitely enhance the overall breakfast experience.

Extremely pleasant

The breakfast had an amazing selection of different foods. The pool was unbelievably large and very scenic with all the trees. Pool was kept very clean by the workers and the temperature was cool & refreshing. The location is at the edge of the gated hotels Nusa Dua complex and conveniently alongside a local street which has a good selection of restaurants & other services.

The beach club is basic and best at high tide, but as not unusual in Bali there was quite a bit of plastic rubbish in the water - I acknowledge there is nothing the hotel could do about this. Just a place to catch a bit of sea breeze.

Best place to stay in Nusa Dua!

This is hands down the best property in Nusa Dua. Staff are next level. The hotel is so clean you could eat off the floor. They go above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing stay. It is close to shops and lots of dinner options. There is a shuttle that runs to the beach every hour. The beach is private, pretty clean and you can enjoy a cocktail or some food while relaxing under the umbrella on your beach chair. 10/10

Always great breakfast options.

The shower, the water would go over the pebbles everytime and water kept making its way into the room. Had to keep barricading the bathroom with a pile of towels so the water wouldn't flood the room.

The pool is amazing and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was diversified and tasty.

The location of the resort is walkable distance to the main shop and restaurant strip. The staffs are friendly in general, however, not always helpful. Air conditioning worked very well and the room is clean.

The sound proof is very poor, you can hear the door banging every morning as people gets up and cleaners perform housekeeping. The cleaners also speak very loudly which add to the noise. The establishment needs a renovation asap, it is too rundown and outdated in current state which can't justify the pricing charged. The Check-in time took more than 30 minutes, it was hot at the open reception. A lot of room to improve in this aspect.

The pool area was really beautiful, with lush greenery. The rooms were spacious and had good facilities. The staff were impeccable. Super friendly and helpful. Especially Diah. We were all inclusive, the food was lovely.

Fabulous resort that delivered an incredibly memorable holiday

What a beautiful resort. Amazing and beautiful tranquil landscaped swimming pools. Friendly, kind, welcoming, and helpful staff. Breakfast is scrumptious, delicious, and so much variety.One of the best we have ever experienced. Shuttle bus to the beach and Bali Collections. We highly recommend an Italian restaurant at the Bali collection called NUSA. The food and wine are exceptional.

A wonderful, relaxing break

We lived the pool, the room, the friendliness of the staff, the location. It was a wonderful hotel.

The shower water went into the bathroom floor quite a lot. I think the stones in the drain area dropped the water draining as well as it could. This was just a minor inconvenience.

perfect for families

Really loved our stay - great, huge room very clean. Great breakfast. Amazing pools. Kids loved kids club and kids pool and loved having it so close by so easy for kids to go in and out. Staff were super friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would stay again.

It was perfect for a few days to truly relax!

It was so calm and quiet. We had my child 7 who loved the pools and lazy river but it wasn’t hectic, it was so relaxing. The pools were beautiful! The service was amazing! Great little street to shop and dine just outside the resort.

Unforgettable stay

We truly loved our stay at the Courtyard Marriott. Everything was wonderful, the comfortable room, the relaxing pools, and the elegant design of the hotel. But what made our experience truly unforgettable was the staff. From every corner of the hotel, and especially in the restaurant, they added so much value to our stay. Each person we met showed the highest level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine customer care. The hotel should be proud of their staff. They represented the hotel in a way we have never experienced before, and it is because of them that we will gladly return. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

We would like to see a better selection of teas and coffees in the room. We like an early coffee before breakfast but at times had to ask staff to provide sachets. A coffee machine would do the trick.

Just OK

The food in the buffet was commendable, it was tasty and varied.And the rooms were cleaned regularly (well done Yobi) 👌 . Also a plus is that they allowed us to leave our suitcases with them while waiting for the flight which was later and to take a shower before departure. I won't comment to much on hospitality because that was on TOP level. Everyone are nice and helpful 😊

At first glance, the hotel is very nice and fancy, but the room itself is of poor quality, the walls are as thin as paper so you can hear the person next to you as if they were in your room. Water in the shower cabin is retained after every shower, so it stinks after a while. We got a room that shared a door with another room even though it wasn't mentioned when we booked so we were very unpleasantly surprised and disappointed with our room. Especially soundproof wise.

A fantastic Resort with huge pools set amongst tropical garden setting. We stayed in one bedroom king suite with balcony and pool view which was very impressive! Incredibly spacious and had a wonderful location overlooking pool.

Not 5 stars in all aspects

Proper 5 star resort with all of the high end facilities. Staff was always respectful and helpful. The common areas, pools and garden were very well maintained. Breakfast was varied, everything was fresh. Private beach area with shuttle running every hour.

The main issue is noise, poor isolation from other rooms and the hallway. Garden view rooms in building 1 are facing a busy street with lots of restaurants that have loud live music until midnight. The rooms were not at 5 star level. Ventilation in the bathroom was lacking, leading to high humidity, and sewer smell sometimes.

Staff were super friendly and always helpful. Being able to usr pool complex of new Marriott Garden was excellent. Breakfast and dinner each day was very good.

Hotel rooms are a little tired now and need an update.
