Very clean comfortable rooms and facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Away from the beach but had a free shuttle to the beach

Good location and the pool is very nice. My child also loved the kids club and the activities they ran.
Bathroom facilities are bit out dated. Shower head probably should be replaced. And sound proving isn’t the best. You could hear people next door or walking down the corridor.

Great location in Nusa Dua, with multiple hotel exits that made it easy to access nearby shops, restaurants, and local amenities.
Excellent pool area with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the resort atmosphere.
Breakfast was consistently excellent, with a good variety of options available each morning.
Rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained.
The resort had a relaxing and welcoming feel, making it a great place to unwind.
Pool lounges could get busy during peak times, although we were generally able to find somewhere to sit.
