Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Great customer service, from both management and staff. The breakfast is excellent with options for everyone. The room was clean with comfy beds, lots of tv channels and a great shower. My partner and I had an amazing time and will come back for sure. Totally recommend this hotel!

The booking was done through Agoda which included bfast for all guest. However it was disappointing to have had to pay extra IDR 230K, as the hotel said the booking did not include bfast. After a confirmation was obtained from Agoda hotel provided bfast for the remaining days, but yet to refund the extra chargers. it was disappointing to see the hotel asking the guest to sort the miscommunication between the hotel and Agoda. be mindful when booking through Agoda and particularly this hote.
