The dinner and breakfast buffet were very good
The room had a mildew odor and it triggered my wife’s asthma, the staff graciously brought us a air purifier to comfort my wife.

We stayed in a pool access room. The room was lovely, the pool is huge and the breakfast is incredible. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive.

I liked the location and lovely the staff was, everyone was so so nice and kind.
To start, the hotel doors are broken, they slam ALL the time, it kept waking up my baby it was awful. They need to add some sort of soft touch (not sure how it’s called).
Some things look a bit run down, such as the pool chairs.
The toilet was broken and it didn’t flush so we had to change rooms after we had unpacked everything, which is a lot with a baby.
There’s sooo many mosquitoes, I know some people don’t care about this but I do as I have a little baby.
I wouldn’t come back, I should have done a better research before choosing this hotel.
The food wasn’t nice, lots of options in the buffet but some of them not very tasty or fresh.
