Great wellness reset in beautiful surroundings

Beautiful grounds, fab facilities and lovely staff. We stayed in a one bed pool villa which was lovely, there are also 3 other pools available- all close by. Restaurant is also very good.

EXCEPTIONAL STAY - want to come back

We had exceptional stay at Revivo. Property itself is extremely beautiful and perfect to switch off. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful at every step. Villa was amazing. Would love to come back

An amazing place for a reset

The property is STUNNING! If you’re after a reset, then this is the perfect place. At times we felt like we were the only people there. The facilities are immaculate, and whilst the food is super healthy, it is pretty and delicious. We made use of the sauna and ice bath area, went to the spa and the vitality centre. There are a few pools around, and most of the time we had them to ourselves. It’s super quiet as well, so we slept really well. I’d definitely come back.

The saunas are in the respective change-rooms, which meant I couldn’t use the sauna with my partner. Would be cool if there was a joint sauna for the purpose of being able to share that space / time together. Other than that, I can’t really fault the place.

A great wellness resort for some who likes fitness and heath and wellbeing.

The wellness side was great I loved the IV drips and all the different massages.

The food was great but a little bit more choice and variation would be good. After a couple of days we had tried everything we wanted to with regard to the food on the menu.

Amazing! 10/10. We could not fault the most incredible resort in Nusa Dua. Peaceful, clean, attentive and helpful staff, delicious food, good day spa, lovely garden. We had the private 1 bedroom pool villa which was perfect for our honeymoon. Complimentary shuttle to beach.

Amazing place to fully relax and enjoy beautiful meal.

Food was amazing: rich flavoured vegan dishes as well as beautiful meat dishes. The resort was very clean and quiet so you can fully relax. Yoga room, gym, sauna etc facility was great. Staff were attentive whenever needed.

Wellness aspect did not hit the mark

Spacious and clean rooms, well equipped gym, hot/cold plunge pool. Nice and quiet. Mudya at reception was very polite and attentive with our requests. The staff at the breakfast /dining area were very polite and accommodating. Suparta was very welcoming and organized a super nice evening BBQ for us and another family we met at the resort.

We wanted to really like this place because of the wellness aspect. I expected my wife could get some massages done and do some wellness activities... However, on the first day there was no introduction to the class schedule, no discussions about their programs and spa treatments on offer. I thought it would be something they would promote, but no one at reception could help. We had to speak to the person in charge of the spa treatments, who is in a different building, who wasn't in on the day, who wasn't in until 11am, etc... Even on the 2nd day there was no one available to speak with us, so we went to the beach instead. It wasn't only until our 3rd day, I went to look for the person in charge of the spa (who wasn't in again) and I bumped into Kim, the Wellness Director of the resort. She was able to help my wife book an appointment with a massage therapist. However, on the day of her massage there was some confusion and the massage therapist was apparently not informed... The muscle therapy treatment my wife received was good, but did not seem worth the price paid. I think they may have overcharged, but as I could not find it on the spa menu, I'm not too sure. Reception staff were unaware we had some free classes included in our stay, which caused some confusion. First they said it wasn't included, then they said a free class per person per day was included, then they said it was only a free class per person per stay. They were also not too attentive with our requests - the Wi-Fi in our room had issues and we asked repeatedly for someone to take a look, but it took a day and a half until someone came just to reset the modem... Without being able to get the full 'wellness' experience, it just felt like any other hotel resort, so that was quite disappointing for us.

Superb

Excellent hotel. We loved the attention to detail. The staff were all excellent and attentive - every need was met. The pool area was a calm oasis and the surroundings are beautiful. The room was thoughtfully designed and incredibly comfortable. We will definitely visit again!

Quietly located wellness resort in the inland of Nusa Dua. The resort has a very spacious lay-out, providing ample privacy and calmness, and is as good as new. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Pool area is great for relaxing, and their massages even better! Great place to stay!

A heavenly get away : The name REVIVO speaks for itself!!!

The overall ambient was incredible. The staff were effortlessly pleasant . The facility Manager was very present , professional and accessible. His interaction with his team was really nice to see . The facility itself was very peaceful and really beautiful! I would go back at any opportunity I have.. It was sad to leave. We felt like we were leaving a family behind …

while the food was quite healthy and we totally embraced it : … a bit more effort could be put in the preparation , burnt or over cooked sweet potatoes is not the same as healthy eating …. :-(

Großartig?

Die Anlage und das Team sind top! Wunderschöne Pools, Villen und Trainingsräume. Auch die Spa-Angebote sind umfangreich und haben sicher für jeden etwas dabei. Das Essen ist sensationell - unglaublich gesund und merkt es gar nicht. Hätte die gesamte Karte rauf und runter verkostet, wenn die Zeit da gewesen wäre.

Eigentlich nichts . Die Lage könnte etwas dankbarer sein , aber Taxis kosten kaum etwas und das Tram organisiert alles.
