Nice quiet place for a rest

Breakfast average. Isolated. We got a scam what’s app text night before. When we got to the hotel we told them. They told us they had been hacked. They did not send us a warning about this.

Great massage and atmosphere, but noisy rooms and some comfort issues.

When we first arrived, the hotel made a very good impression. We had a one-and-a-half-hour massage, and it was honestly the best massage we’ve ever had in Bali. The only downside was that the massage beds smelled a bit of humidity. The food at the restaurant is good, but it takes a very long time to be prepared. The rooms would be nice if it weren’t for the air conditioning, which is extremely noisy; if you turn it off, it gets unbearably hot. Soundproofing is also an issue: you can hear every single noise, and unfortunately we were kept awake by very loud neighbors until 1 a.m.

A nice hotel for a short stay in Nusa Dua that needs a bit of extra care.

Breakfast was a la carte, with a nice selection of egg dishes, granola and Indonesian options. The coffee and tea were served for the big pot, I personally prefer a fresh brewed cup of coffee or a small teapot with a selection of teas.

The bathroom needs a good renovation, it didn't look very clean

A hidden gem

We had a one-bedroom apartment with private swimming pool in a yard. We absolutely loved the serenity and privacy of all. A hiding gem. It feels so beautiful and peaceful, we could completely relax and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding environment.

Due to the heavy rain, the bathroom had leakage problem. We spent long time getting rid of water in bathroom. Also, the room is very damp, the beddings feel damp as well.

The staff are always wonderful - incredibly welcoming, always make me feel at home when I stay (as I have many times).

Cozy, clean, welcoming

The staff was amazing, celebrated a birthday here as well and everyone was really nice. Everything was clean, had a water dispenser on the property so we never had to worry about clean drinking water. The food from the restaurant was really good!

Resort is a hidden gem , love the quietness and pool time

This resort is a hidden gem, only a 4 minute trip into town - totally worth the privacy and quietness .The pool is perfect , the rooms are gorgeous, new and comfortable . I spent 5 days here prior to my wedding and loved every minute relaxing including the note in my room wishing me a happy wedding . The massages were amazing also at the in-house spa. Highly recommend a stay at the beautiful La Berceuse!

The stay was disappointing due to severe mould and outdated conditions, despite the staff’s effort to provide an upgrade

The location was good for us. The staff were very considerate for our concerns and requests.

The property is long overdue for a renovation. The pictures do not represent reality. I think the pictures were taken when the property was constructed. The floors are cracked, there is mould everywhere and there is a terrible smell of the mould in the bathroom due to water buildup. We couldn’t use our bathroom because the smell was so intense. But upon our concern, the staff was kind enough to move us to a better room which was an upgrade. However, the mould issue was still there.

Super nice staff, the villas are super cosy and private, and the restaurant is good.

Location - quiet and close to Nusa Dua beaches and the south Uluwatu area, but also easy access to Kuta and Changu. Also easy and relatively fast to reach the airport.

Initially, we were shown some rooms that were smelling of damp, which we refused due to my wife's health condition. We had to wait a couple of hours and were then given the ground floor of a villa, which was excellent! I think the accommodation apartments need a refurbishment! 'Free' Shuttle bus to the beach starting at 11:00 AM? C'mon! This is a joke!

Beautiful boutique hotel with great staff .

Boutique hotel in beautiful green surroundings . Our room was lovely , great air conditioning , big bathroom . The restaurant is small and overlooks the pool but we got a table easily. Breakfast & dinner was delicious . There is a shuttle that will take you to the beautiful beaches. It is a little way out of the centre but an easy taxi ride. We also used the spa and had a massage . Afterwards they served us tea and cakes in the restaurant ! The best thing about this hotel is the staff they cant do enough for you even packed us a breakfast as we had an early flight and had to check out at 5am . We would definitely stay here again !

Best Birthday Gift for My Wife ❤☺

Breakfast had multiple options to choose from and they were all absolutely delicious. The restaurant was serving lunch and dinner with an option for room service that also had multiple options cooked expertly. The property is a walking distance to Gigger beach and temple and an enjoyable longer walk to Bali Collection. The property also offers free Bicycles that you can enjoy a ride around. The staff made our stay an absolute joy and we loved every moment of it, the personal touches and what they did for my wife's Birthday was something we'll never forget ☺

I liked everything about this place - from the staff, to the food, the location, the price, the pool - everything was perfect. Would 100% recommend with either friends/family/partner or even solo travellers. The staff gave great local recommendations, incredibly friendly, helped organise bike rental and airport transfer.

Wonderful stay

Very welcoming and polite staff. Beautiful garden of the hotel with a nice tropical vibe. The pool was nice and not busy. We did not have any geckos or insects in the room. We had free shuttle transfer to the beaches (Geger and Megniat) or the Bali collection mall at 11h, with return pickup times at 15h and 18h. The breakfast was good with a couple of options. The staff tried their best to accomodate us with a special allergy request (gluten). When you arrive you get a welcome drink and a voucher for a 15 minute massage, which you can upgrade. After the massage you are treated with cake and tea.

The bathroom could be renovated. There are some stains and a smell of mold.

Grounds beautiful, lobby beautiful,wonderful reception, free 15massage amazing, free mountain bike to use. reception staff and all staff very friendly. The receptionist staff were very helpful and responded quickly to any requests.

However, the onsite restaurant was less than stellar, the dishes we ordered were tasteless and continental breakfast breads were dry and old tasting. The shower leaked , no drain on floor so water everywhere. Spa was nice but expensive . If they just made a few tweaks the place would be very nice.

Lovely rustic and authentic feeling resort. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was quite nice! Very good price for what you get!

Room was quite dusty, especially under and around the bed. Also the bed had really sharp corners covered by the mosquito nets so we definitely have bruises from hitting into them while walking around. Also the hotel is on not quite in Nusa Dua proper, a little way before you see the welcome sign for the actual peninsula, but it was only 10 mins or so on a bike. So not too bad at all!

Very dated, leaky shower all over floor even though a barrier was already added, missing balcony railing, child can fall theough from first floor,old furniture, wardrobes need to be locked by key otherwise door opens blocking the way, thin walls, no privacy on balcony, tiny pool. I was shocked, how overpriced this was at 1.1 million per night.

Room: Not well maintained Dusty smell Empty bottles of soap. When we gave feedback to the staff they pretended we lied and went back to the room to check.. and then asked if we are the ones who finished the bottle ! So disrespectful No slippers, no iron. Breakfast: very poor options Most probably store bought frozen pancakes they could not even reheat properly and were served cold with some parts still frozen

Staff customer service was exceptional especially the front desk crew. Enjoyed breakfast, close to the local beach and day trips.

The massage spa service my wife and I experience was not good. Needs improvement, I'm not sure if one of the workers was in training or just a long day.

Perfect vacation, we loved every moment we spent at La Berceuse.

Staff went above and beyond for our comfort and provided the best service we ever received. Breakfast was delicious with many options available. The Property was clean and is very close to Geger beach which is perfect for Families with children. The beds were very comfortable and our villa had everything we needed.
