The Novotel is located in an garden-like area/suburb of Bali - Nusa Dua. The pool are is huge, plenty of chairs and two-person gazebos and is well shaded. The staff are amazing, always smiling and always helpful. One word summarizes the room et al - excellent and same for food.

Minor issue is that all food drink and areas are open to the outside, not air-conditioned. If its hot and humid, this could be an issue for some, though all areas have ceiling and portable fans to provide breeze to make it more comfortable.

The kids club is outstanding!!!! Particularly Evii was super kind and helpful with my girls who just wanted to play with her all day long.

Nice spot, could improve guest experience

Big resort, lots of green space, good layout. Not far from the beach, you can walk although there is no footpath. Clean.

Literally as soon as we arrived, one staff approached us to try to upsell or join some Accord club or something, not very nice to be ‘sold’ to as soon as you arrive. Disturbed unnecessarily multiple times by staff in our room (to bring more vouchers etc). Could have been more relaxing otherwise.

Overall a good property to come & stay with your family

It is a good property neat & clean with good amenities ,nice beach ,central & courteous staff always with smile & ready to help .Their 3 bedroom pool apartment is great which is a standout & complimentary photo ,cake & drink vouchers is icing on the cake.highly recommend this property & will definitely stay again

Stayed there for 3 nights the breakfast is bit repetitive & Indian sections need little improvement in taste as compared to others hotel in Bali where I stayed I think they need to work little bit on that

Sleeping well was impossible. Misleading information during booking. Overall would not consider for next trip.

Location was fine and facilities were ok, personnel was great.

Room was not fit for 4 people as positioned in booking options, hotel refused to provide extra bed free of charge and only informed us of that on short notice (4 days before arrival).

The room and bathroom were beautifully designed—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The highlight was definitely the private plunge pool, which added a luxurious touch and made the stay feel extra special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and a bit of indulgence! The hotel grounds were also stunning, beautifully maintained, and added so much to the overall experience. It was a relaxing and memorable getaway that exceeded our expectations.

While the overall stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of downsides for me. The mosquitoes were a bit of a nuisance, and the buffet breakfast didn’t quite meet my expectations—it felt fairly average. That said, my friends absolutely loved it, so it really comes down to personal taste.

Great stay

The ambience was wonderful, and the included breakfast was excellent — a buffet with a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. The rooms were spacious, with balconies overlooking the pool. There’s also a kids’ area open from 10 am to 6 pm, perfect for parents to enjoy some time in the spa or the beach. The large swimming pool and nearby bar added to the relaxing vibe, and the evening Balinese cultural events were a nice touch. The location is convenient, close to the night market, and the staff were very helpful.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work despite multiple attempts to connect, which was quite inconvenient. There was no microwave, making it hard to prepare food for our toddlers, and we had to request a kitchen knife separately. One pillow cover had stains, and the bedroom TV wasn’t working. We also found a lizard in the bathroom, though the staff promptly removed it. Most issues were resolved the next day, but the Hotel could improve these facilities to make stays more comfortable for guests.

We loved our stay and were comfortable and happy

Comfortable, clean massive space in the two bedroom apartments and great aircon and water pressure. The breakfast was expensive if not included in your room price but it is very good. Prices around the pool aren’t too expensive so it’s a great way to pass the day. Beach club is about 10 minutes but regular buggy rides there are available. The beach is beautiful and the restaurants and bars there are good

Had a distinct smell of urine coming from drains got worse after a couple of days. Could do with some sharp knives to prepare food as there is nothing to help prepare meals making the kitchenette useless. Do not rely on the Bali Collection Bus, it is usually full by the time it arrives at the Novotel and people just push past to grab the last seats, regardless of whether you were there first. The bus is not supplied by the hotel so it’s really not their problem.

Great place for families

Nice resort, spent here just 1 night before departure, do not have so much to say, but my highlights are - staff is very friendly and supportive, all agreed arrangements done with no issues, beach is very good - clean water, pleasant service and facilities (bit far from resort, but shuttle goes regularly and it is worth to walk 10 mins there instead of waiting same time).

Also not so much to say, maybe good to have more variety of food at the beach and add some nice decorations in the room

The buffet breakfast was amazing and the rooms where spacious. Great value for money and I love that even though you are not on the water you can easily get the shuttle to the beach and to the shopping centre. Absolutely amazing!

Pleasant enough!

Staff, Grounds, breakfast, Location Walking distance to Bali Connection and a street just 1 block that offered shopping and Restaurants with a "Bali feel"

I was very disappointed upon arrival, as the room looked bland and uninviting, due to lack of the usual bowl of fruit, and a selection of toiletries beyond soap and shampoo in bathroom, as I've had at other hotels in the past. Apparently, they no longer issue these automatically, only upon request. However once request they were very willingly given to me. Unfortunately mugs in bedroom were also dirty with some stains and marks, which was off putting. While breakfast was good, the other small meals for me not so, hence I had mine elsewhere. Despite all this, the grounds were beautiful and the staff were lovely and very always willing to help. Over all I had a very pleasant stay.

Location, accessibility and the look and feel.

Limited restaurant working times and choice of options in breakfast are limited. If you arrive early and wait for the room to be prepared there is no other place other than the reception to kill time as restaurants will ask you to wait for them to start the restaurant and the bar will have limited food options.

We chose this hotel with the expectation of receiving the level of service, comfort, and amenities typically associated with a 4- to 5-star establishment. Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of what we had anticipated. We expected the room to be well-equipped with standard complimentary amenities such as a dental kit, shower cap, and utility kit—all of which were absent. We also anticipated a well-maintained and safe environment, including functional furniture and basic items such as wine glasses, cutlery, and a bottle opener, none of which were provided. In addition, we expected a higher standard of guest care, particularly in response to the incident involving my husband's injury due to a broken chair. While we received apologies from the hotel manager, we were surprised and disappointed that no form of compensation or meaningful follow-up was offered. Overall, our stay did not reflect the level of quality or hospitality we reasonably expected from a hotel of this rating.

It didn’t meet my expectations at all

Staff was amazing , they did amazing decorations for my daughter’s birthday and tried out every effort to make our stay beautiful.

Facilities were outdated, specially bathroom (shower in bathtub) hard to take shower plus no basics provided .widows were jammed and dirty, I have stayed Novotel in other countries however this is the worst. Two single beds provided for family of 4.

Had very high expectation for staying at Novotel based on past experience. Didn’t quite meet our expectations.

Apartment rooms for family. However had to book two apartment one bedrooms to accommodate two families. Asked for help about having a two bedroom apartment, no response.

Didn’t like having separate rooms. The WIFI was terrible. Hotel not accommodating to some request. The accommodation looks old and jaded. Everything appears great on photos but not in reality. Gym needs an update. Daily activities were not engaging or promoted. We enjoyed the Yoga. That was great. Staff need to be supported more and helped to promote and engaged customers for activities. Make it a big deal and show enthusiasm. All they were interested in is promoting their Accor Vacation program. Promised voucher for attending their 90 mins presentation but never gave it.
