The bed and pillow were the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel. The room itself was clean, and the layout was really great. We watched the black squirrels jumping around the trees from our balcony. It was really lovely.

I booked a very expensive (IDR 1.8M) Chakra Massage at the hotel’s Chakra Spa. The masseuse was ok and nice but admitted that she knew nothing about chakras, and was unable to adjust the aircon to give me a comfortable experience. The hotel needs to train people properly before charging such a large fee. To make matters worse, the hotel staff contacted me twice immediately after the massage demanding that I pay for it straight away. This was annoying because I had already offered to pay the masseuse, and because I discovered that the hotel had completely failed to deal with several requests that I made before my massage, which lasted about three hours. These included a request to clean my room and to collect my laundry. At the end of my stay I asked if I could transfer to more luxurious room with better facilities, but was very disappointed to be offered a room that is the same size as my previous room, and with a hole in the ceiling which would compromise the performance of the aircon, see photo. The only significant difference was that it had a bath as well as a shower. There is also currently some construction work going on in the breakfast area (see photo), which damages the breakfast experience, as does the fact that there are not enough healthy breakfast options available for vegan and vegetarian guests. All in all, my experience to date in the Vouk has been significantly less pleasant than my stays elsewhere in Nusa Dua, including the Hilton, Santika and Courtyard by Marriott.

It’s a lovely hotel. Fairly clean and in a good area. Breakfast was good, they served buffet with good variety.

The water was cold to warm. Never had hot water

The rooms were not clean, musty smell in room, buffet breakfast is very basic and had to fight with flies, not hygienic, overall not impressed, need to lower their rating as their are multiple 5 star Grand Accommodation in Nusa Dua

For the price, room is big and swimming pool is clean. Baby cot provided was clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable.

Toilet sink was not anchored down and kept moving, the floor wasnt clean (but slippers were provided so we wore that), the water tasted a bit strange when brushing our teeth so we used mineral water to brush our teeth.

The room was very spacious, well equipped and comfortable.

The hotel is in serious need of some maintenance work and general upkeep.

The place seems a little rundown for a 4 star hotel and we had ants in our room.

not very modern, dark but clean and almost empty secluded hotel. excellent breakfast and a large pool. beautiful beach within reach. a gym for adults and a playroom for children.

when I cooked water, the kettle can’t automatically stop boiling when water is boiling. I suggest that hotel change the kettle in order to keep safe and save energy.

staff was great

very far from the beach, occurred that you have to take a car to the beach and back every time. No restaurants in the hotel all of them are closed during the day except breakfast time. No restaurants in neighborhood. Thanks to Mulia resort we managed to find there gorgeous place (inside this resort ) to have dinner or take pizza take away.
