Good value for family vacation in Bali Nusa Dua area
1.) Super clean and well maintained facility, 2.) extremely friendly and caring staff -always welcoming and attentive 3.) large selection of pools & clean and calm 4.) amazing kids club, high care and focus, my kids loved it 5.) sense of safety and hotel team cares about slip hazard and manages rain - fantastic 6.) selection of restaurants and quality of food 7.) live music was great!
These are recommendations- not dislikes: 1.) There is no need to charge for floatables in kids pool- unnecessary for the quality and service compared to what hotel would earn 2.) more water availability around the hotel would be nice 3.) a ring service to Nusa Dua downtown on hourly basis could be nice 4.) nothing much to do for kids after 6pm- a small arcade or similar location could bring some joy for kids

Disappointed
The location was great and it was next to the beach, the resort was very big and they had good buffet options, staff were friendly upon greeting.
This resort is not pram friendly or for disabled people, if you have children bring your own floaties because they make you rent out the floaties, they gave us a small plastic bottle of water on arrival, no welcome drink no towel, straight have been cutting costs, they brought us a wooden cot, with a 8 month old she has a big black bruise now because she smashed her head. I then was upset complained to the manager they didn't try to rectify anything, they had a baby bumper for the cot so apparently it was my fault that i didn't request it, despite them never offering it to me. All i can say is this is a 4 start resort, their cutting costs in all the wrong places. I won't even mention my room, garden view was looking at temple and motor bikes. If you want a 5 star resort in Bali go to the Kempinski.

A perfect slice of paradise. Perfection from arrival to departure . Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️
Absolutely stunning location , beachfront, beautiful and clean rooms, lovely variety of the choice of fine dining to relaxed dining. Tried almost all of the facilities and will definitely be back to try the teppanyaki next time, as we ran out of time. The rooms were spacious and large. The resort itself was also large and beautiful seating areas all around to explore the many different views to the Ocean, gardens, pools and much more. The spa was superior and exceeded expectations. Well worth the money and luxurious. We felt pampered in every sense. Staff were very accommodating and wonderful. Would highly recommend this beautiful resort . Thank you

A perfect , clean , excellent professional above and beyond service in all areas. Truly 5+ star well deserved. Highly re
From arrival to farewell it was 5 star friendly service. The staff were all very helpful and kind. Our rooms ,1216, 1221 and 1247 were all exceptional and stunning. Beds were superior and excellent set up with beautiful furniture, comfortable bedding and decor. Had ample space in shower, bathroom and bedroom. Pool access was beautiful and clean. Still very private even though lagoon was connected to other rooms. We tried Solese restaurant, poolside bar, swim up bar, table 8 Restaurante, cafe and in room dinner, which all were extraordinary and a large variety of choice of tasty meals. The cascade bar/restaurant also had exceptional choice of lighter meals and wonderful friendly service. The Beach pool bar was always full and fun to be around with great choice of music for all ages. We saw many families with children and also couples of many ages having a wonderful time. There were several pools and deck chairs with umbrellas to try and enjoy . We tried the beautiful spa where we experienced “all around the world” experience, which was out of this world. It was well worth the money to try, from the ice cold, to steam room to sauna as-well and the hydro-bath from again cold to warm. The Four handed massage was so Devine and relaxing - just what we needed to unwind from a busy year. Definitely would recommend to try it . There was profound entertainment on all nights and a great choice also arranged for New Year’s Eve. We also tried the Korean BBQ which were held at the villas which was another lovely experience. All all times all staff were friendly , helpful above and beyond and made sure our stay at all times were an excellent experience for us. We would highly recommend The Mulia Resort to anyone seeing a relaxing and indulgent holiday . Thank you for a lovely holiday and we can’t wait to come back again.❤️

Terrible hotel, stay away
Nothing besides the automatic toilet in the bathroom
Extremely Disappointing – Overpriced, Noisy, and Poorly Managed This hotel is absolutely not worth the money. We prepaid our stay and deeply regret it. To begin with, there was no proper hot water. The water was only lukewarm. We complained several times and only toward the end of our stay did it slightly improve. Completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price level. The rooms are badly designed and very poorly lit. The lighting is so weak that you can barely see anything. There is no espresso machine in the room, which is surprising for a hotel that presents itself as luxury. We asked if one could be provided — this was not possible, showing zero flexibility. We booked and paid for an ocean view, but this turned out to be only a partial ocean view. You could see the ocean only if you stood on the balcony. From inside the room, there was essentially no view. The Wi-Fi service was terrible. Many times we were connected to the hotel’s Wi-Fi network but there was no internet access at all, and the connection constantly dropped. We complained about this multiple times and were simply told, “We are very sorry, but our IT team says everything is fine.” Meanwhile, the problem continued throughout our stay. The biggest frustration was the upgrade situation. We prepaid our room, and upon arrival discovered that room prices had dropped significantly. We could have booked a frontal sea view room for less money than what we had already paid. Despite this, the hotel still asked for more money to upgrade — even more than what Booking.com was charging directly. This resulted in a two-hour discussion with staff who were unhelpful, inflexible, and clearly didn’t care. Only after wasting hours of our time were we finally allowed to upgrade for the same price as Booking.com — something that should have been handled immediately. Cleanliness was very poor: • The floor was dirty — our feet turned black. • The bedsheets smelled bad.
