Beautiful, manicured grounds. Friendly staff. Incredible amenities, including fabulous breakfast and room service food.

Only recommendation is having some minibar options available (for sale) and some milk for tea/coffee

Good selection of food choices from buffet, sushi and sashimi good.

Upon arrival, the grounds were vast and the size impressive! - We loved our lagoon access room. Staff we found to be friendly and knowledgable. Breakfast buffet exceeded expectations.

Coming from another 5 star hotel in Seminyak we really noticed how dated the rooms at the Mulia are. TV's don't have streaming capability, which ten years ago would be fine but it needs to be updated. Land line phones in room were yellowed from age. The pillows were very high which caused me to have a stiff neck. Pools, which stunning have no monitor on reserving beds. We were at the pool daily from 7:30am and 90% of the beds were reserved with other guests things. On one occasion, a mother and her daughter couldn't find a place to sit and we told the lifeguard that someone had not shown up to their bed since before 7:30am (it was now midday) they did allow the mother and daughter to use the bed after this but it needs to be better monitored. There was also no way to order food to the poolside tables (no QR codes) and only one restaurant open for lunch so you're forced to relinquish your seat. If this was an option, we were not made aware. Unfortunately, our toilet smelled of urine the whole time. I don't know whether this was a cleaning product but it was very unpleasant.
