Little or no activities after sunset. There should be shuttles to Bali collection or something else.

Comfy bed and spacious rooms. The pool facilities were amazing. In room dining was a bit more on the expensive but tasty, you get your moneys worth. The included breakfast was amazing in food options and spinning ice cream wheel was instagram worthy. Cannele was definitely worth the visit, amazing cakes and pastries. They were very accommodating especially with our 1 year old.

The distance to our room was far. But expected for such a lux hotel. The signage was difficult to follow for directions to facilities.

Staff were great, our room was incredible and food was fantastic.

Very expensive for drinks at the bar, shops and restaurants were also expensive $17AUD for a floatie for our daughter that would have cost $2AUD anywhere else.

Upon arrival, the grounds were vast and the size impressive! - We loved our lagoon access room. Staff we found to be friendly and knowledgable. Breakfast buffet exceeded expectations.

Coming from another 5 star hotel in Seminyak we really noticed how dated the rooms at the Mulia are. TV's don't have streaming capability, which ten years ago would be fine but it needs to be updated. Land line phones in room were yellowed from age. The pillows were very high which caused me to have a stiff neck. Pools, which stunning have no monitor on reserving beds. We were at the pool daily from 7:30am and 90% of the beds were reserved with other guests things. On one occasion, a mother and her daughter couldn't find a place to sit and we told the lifeguard that someone had not shown up to their bed since before 7:30am (it was now midday) they did allow the mother and daughter to use the bed after this but it needs to be better monitored. There was also no way to order food to the poolside tables (no QR codes) and only one restaurant open for lunch so you're forced to relinquish your seat. If this was an option, we were not made aware. Unfortunately, our toilet smelled of urine the whole time. I don't know whether this was a cleaning product but it was very unpleasant.
