Room was fantastic and the staff were outstanding. We loved the breakfast and accessibility to the beach was amazing. The resort is also well located in the Nusa Dua area, close to Bali Collection for shopping and restaurants.
We didn't love the fact that there is no swim-up bar! Service around the pools was a bit slower than we'd like and eating/drinking in this resort is expensive. Our pillows were also not comfortable, and although they were swapped over, the replacements were very small.

Absolutely stunning resort, everything was perfect, wonderful staff and even small details to make our stay more perfect. Just as an example for how hotel cares about details: there was a staff member who gave away free little icecreams every day around lunch at the beach.

I loved the location of the hotel and also the food is really nice!
Hotel facility was excellent! The beach is beautiful and also there so many daily activities to do.
