The hotel personnel are truly amazing. A special thanks to Mr. Tomas, the Food & Beverage Manager, who organized an incredible birthday celebration for my wife. His effort and attention to detail made the occasion very special for us.
We both genuinely appreciate everything he did—he made our stay truly memorable.
The hotel itself is calm, clean, and very well maintained. The staff are all very nice, professional, and polite, always ready to help with a smile.
Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. I wish we had stayed longer! The pools are amazing, I'm not usually a person who can sit by a pool all day but had no problem doing it here. The layout of them is just so great and the water is warm. We enjoyed happy hour at the sapphire lagoon bar between 12 and 3 and staff brought cocktails straight to our loungers. It was great! The staff throughout the hotel are lovely, as are all encounters I had with people from Bali. They are always smiling and greeting you, and they really appreciate when you learn a few words to speak in their own language. We also made use of the gym, great Aircon and had everything you could need for a good workout whether that's cardio or strength. Food was amazing wherever we ate at the hotel, and the Bali collection isn't far away if you wanted more of a selection.
We only had one issue but the hotel resolved it the best way they could. On our second night a large group from India was gathering in the room next door, beginning at 4am. They were ringing the doorbell constantly and being very loud in the room. The staff intervened twice but it didn't really help so they offered us another room just to sleep for the remainder of the night, which was amazing. It was unfortunate but the solution we got was the best that could be done and we were happy with it.
