Everything about this resort is beyond excellent!
The staff are amazing (in particular Manager Gus Ari ) who went out of his way to make our stay magical!
The resort is stunning, magnificent pools winding through peaceful gardens , gorgeous spots to sun lounge and beautiful restaurants .
Our room over looking the salt water lagoon was large, clean and very comfortable.
We’ll be back for our Xmas trip!

Our stay at The Laguna was amazing. It had everything you’d need in a resort. Whilst the property is large and busy - we still felt an overwhelming sense of calm and relaxation, as there were many areas for guests to explore and relax. We spent the week not wanting to leave the resort! The staff were amazing and went above and beyond with anything that we needed. We didn’t walk past a single staff member who didn’t greet us and ask if we needed anything. Was honestly the best experience from arrival at the airport to check out.

The pools were lovely but in some parts you often questioned the cleanliness. The location on the beach is great. Nusa Dua in general is lovely.
The food was awful here. Almost unbearable. I personally wouldn’t call this a 5 star hotel, probably a 4 star but still descent enough. The beaches don’t seem very clean though so you’ll mostly use the pools.
