The Laguna is an exceptional luxury resort. I was impressed by the beautiful surroundings, the stunning beachfront, the cleanliness, and the incredible attention to every detail. The service was outstanding, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Maha, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference. She is a wonderful asset to the hotel and deserves special recognition.
Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything was at a very high standard. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

The pools were lovely but in some parts you often questioned the cleanliness. The location on the beach is great. Nusa Dua in general is lovely.
The food was awful here. Almost unbearable. I personally wouldn’t call this a 5 star hotel, probably a 4 star but still descent enough. The beaches don’t seem very clean though so you’ll mostly use the pools.
