Nice location and has access to Jimbaran beach, great pools and stunning gardens
Room and gym needs a deep cleaning. In general most of staff seem to need a proper 5 star hotel training especially in F&B. Check out was poor. Overall it didn’t feel as a 5 star hotel.

Staff was the only good thing that happened. Everybody is very nice and kind.
Hotel premises and rooms needed renovation long time ago. Materials are heavily overused, it does not correspond to the general bali style.
