We loved the amount of areas the resort is ones. So many options for relaxation around the resort. The pool and beach areas were exceptionally.

Spacious rooms, lots of seating areas around the grounds, never felt overcrowded, nice food and very friendly staff.
Service could be a little slow at times. Jimbaran Gardens for lunch and the Sunset Bar in the evening. Always seemed to be alot of staff around but often waited some time to be served. The hot water in the shower sometimes fluctuating between hot and cold and the room had a slightly damp smell. This was our second hotel in Bali on this stay and the first was the same so it may be something related to the aircon. The spa was very expensive. Five times the price of a local massage and not relative quality. Also, whilst completely out of the control of the hotel, it was a shame to see such a beautiful beach absolutely covered in waste. The amount of plastic and general rubbish being swept ashore detracted significantly from the quality of the beach and made swimming almost impossible as the plastic stuck to the skin. There appeared to be no mechanism whatsoever to remove even the washed up waste from the beach.

Staff was the only good thing that happened. Everybody is very nice and kind.
Hotel premises and rooms needed renovation long time ago. Materials are heavily overused, it does not correspond to the general bali style.
