We absolutely loved our stay here and honestly wish we had booked more nights! This is definitely a hidden gem and an address worth keeping for future trips. We will certainly be coming back! We stayed in a beautiful suite with a spacious bedroom, a lovely shower, and a comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully arranged, and very well designed. The cleanliness throughout the property was truly impressive. Both swimming pools are stunning, and the beach is absolutely beautiful. Having direct access to the beach makes the whole experience even more special. Due to the tides, the best time to enjoy the beach is from the morning until around 3 PM, but it is truly worth it. The water is beautiful, and seeing the little fish and crabs was such a lovely experience! The service was outstanding and truly worthy of a five-star hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Their hospitality really made a difference to our stay. The restaurant also deserves a special mention. The menu offers a great variety of options, and the food was delicious. Breakfast was lovely too, with the flexibility to create your own breakfast according to your preferences. The staff were happy to accommodate our requests, which made the experience even better. Another thing we appreciated is that the hotel is both family-friendly and kids-friendly, while also being a wonderful choice for couples like us looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. It really caters to different types of travellers. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations: the cleanliness, the beautiful suite, the stunning pools, the lovely beach, the delicious food, and above all, the exceptional hospitality.

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff were exceptional — genuinely friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The location was fantastic, with everything we needed close by, including two great massage places directly across the road. Our room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully presented, and we were very grateful to receive a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The property has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Nusa Dua.

The property is currently undergoing some construction, which is worth being aware of when booking. That said, the construction noise really wasn’t bad at all and didn’t disturb or negatively impact our stay. Everything was kept extremely clean and tidy throughout. We’re looking forward to seeing how amazing the property looks once everything is finished!

The hotel is brand new, rooms are fully equiped and clean. Staff is super nice and helpful. Food was delicious. Great price to quality ratio.
