A very lovely property that is convenient to everything. Impeccably clean and tidy. The staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. The free shuttle bus to and from the town centre was a bonus and very much appreicated.

Fabulous stay, delicious breakfast, easy shuttle to main strip, nobody tried to sell us timeshare, cool swim up bar, much nicer than very posh resort up the road

We didn't stay there. We emailed booking.com for a refund. And the hotel, too. No one responded.

We checked out in 1/2 an hour, we never stayed here. The owners got paid twice. It is advertised as a beachfront property, it isn't one. It's a bayfront property. No "garden view" or "pool view". The balcony overlooks their driveway. The corridor overlooks the neighbouring block of land that's empty and unmaintained. They say that there are no elevators, but nowhere does it mention that our booking will be on the top floor, making it hard for my guest to climb stairs and access the room. No mention on the portal about the fact that it's a timeshared property - so members get priority - nicer rooms, lower floors. Cartons of water left unattended, maintenance work in progress, making it look like an unfinished construction site. (I have videos for everything). When we asked to have our room changed, we were asked to pay double for a "suite". By then, we already organised to check out. THEN they're like, "We'll give you a special price." But they never gave us the actual quoted price. We checked out to go to a different property owned by the same people. So basically, the same people got paid twice. We got scammed. We requested refunds, the hotel referred us to booking.com. Booking.com did not even receive an acknowledgement of the email from booking.com, let alone the hotel. They caused us much distress - emotional, mental and financial on what was supposed to be a holiday. I'm never booking through this website and never booking this property either.

The restaurant alongside the beautiful pool is lovely. The room and balcony was much bigger than I expected. I was also surprised to see self catering facilities in the room. Wish we could have stayed longer to make the most of what was available.

The meals we ordered were average. Karaoke Friday night while trying to eat dinner was a bit hard to take.
