Please try and upgrade the Shower Rose in shower. Too many misquotoes!! So try and fit something in room to help solve this problem.

This was out 10 th stay so that says it all.

The staff first. They are the best. Room size 56 m2 biggest in Bali. Big balconies are a bonus. If you like a good gym it has everying. Meals in hotel whilst not super cheap but price differential going out for on a few $ less is hardly worth.

The street out the front of the hotel is in serious need of an upgrade.

A perfect blend of comfort, service, and scenery

We truly enjoyed our first trip to Bali. My family and I booked two rooms and were very positively impressed by the facilities and the kindness of the staff. Our ocean-view rooms offered stunning pool and sea views, which we enjoyed every morning at sunrise. Special credit goes to the pool bartenders, who always cheered us up and made us feel incredibly comfortable during our visits. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of cuisines to suit all tastes and preferences. I was particularly amazed by the natural honey board a perfect healthy addition to yogurt muesli and cereals.

The place was great just not for a romantic get away. Very child friendly- can’t relax in the room at all during the day

Great staff and great landscaped gardens

Rooms are very noisy- you can’t just relax as the doors are made from wood and there’s no seal so all you hear is kids screaming from early morning to late evening. I wouldn’t stay here if you’re after a romantic couples holiday. Probably too child friendly for us. The buffet had a big selection but wasn’t for us. If you can spend a bit more do it.

Disappointed

I don’t really know if I actually liked it. It was quite disappointing from beginning to end.

It was old and noisy, there wasn’t even an adults-only area, and the prices were exorbitant and completely disproportionate to what was delivered.

A very unpleasant experience.

Didn’t like at all.

Very old facilities the room had a bad smell. The shower was leaking water into the bathroom floor. Very very slow service. A delay in check-in due to our room not being ready which has been not dealt with properly by the management will advise that it’s normal because other guests checked out late. When I asked the staff as to why should I be paying money for other guests to check in late. He shrugged and said it happens all the time.

A very well equipped 5 star hotel with some beautiful resident Kingfisher birds.

We loved the breakfasts, the extra bottles of water if needed, on the beach, a 25m pool for laps. We also chose the half board which worked well for us. We loved the hair and body washing liquids. Great choice of teas and coffees in our room ( it's been the only place I have got earl grey tea-bags). my husband enjoyed the gym. We loved how clean and tidy the hotel was, beautifully manicured gardens and it was a delight to watch the squirrels and 4 resident king fishers every morning and night enjoy the place too.

However, we were very disappointed that you had to pay for the activities ( yoga on the beach, tennis , pickleball, and although our kids are older and we didn't haven need for them, you had to pay for the water toys/floaties/ etc).

Enjoyed our little family trip. Kids loved it . Staff were amazing from the bag handler to the restaurant staff . Will be back

5 nights with 2 adults and 2 kids

We stayed in a twin suite room. The room was amazing and spacious. The staff did an amazing job of keeping the room clean for us. Breakfast was great, they had so much variety to choose from. Also the Rin and Suku restaurants on site were fabulous. Pools are amazing for the kids. Honestly this hotel was so good, if I stay in the area again, I would definitely go back.

It was very busy in the mornings for breakfast, so sometimes orders got forgotten, and I would recommend asking for hard eggs. They were a little bit too runny for my kids liking. Honestly there is nothing else that I could possibly think that was bad. A really great experience.

A wonderful relaxing resort that caters to everyone’s needs.

The Conrad Bali is a fabulous resort especially for families. It’s immaculate, the staff go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy.

Breakfast at Suku is excellent but also very busy if you go early at the children’s time. Better to go later if you can.

Do not upgrade to a suite, massive waste of money.

The property is nice with good pools but even in the shoulder season it seems crowded. It is Bali so everyone is very nice.

Lots to list here. Do t pay for an “upgrade” to a suite, as they are the furthest away from anything, next to the property boundary and the Neighbour’s make noise at night and early in the morning, plus the wedding chapel is nearby and the hotel has functions here (why they don’t use their own ballroom is beyond me). It simply isn’t worth it. Room was always musty, with lots of condensation on the vent above where your luggage goes. Spa is very expensive.

Delayed access to our room Arrived 12.00 expected 3.00 pm latest but was close to 4.30 pm then our beachfront deluxe ocean view suite was directly above the children’s daycare and playground ..demanded to be changed so after another 1hour were allocated to ground floor beachfront suite in another wing which was excellent..now 5.30

Peak Relaxation

Large, well maintained resort with exceptional staff. Despite the size, it felt tranquil and uncrowded. The pools were excellent and breakfast selection was great. The suites were a great option for families. Restaurants were good and there were a number of other places to eat within a short walk or taxi ride away.

Beautiful hotel. So well looked after. Rooms were clean. Everything was fantastic. The staff were incredible, nothing was too much trouble, they were so kind and welcoming. We can’t wait to go back.

I live and work in Hong Kong and the Conrad in HK is first class this I repeat a huge dsappointment

Breakfast in Spices was fine - no children. The whole hotel was geared for families with young children and should be reported in hotel description. This was not happy with this - the level of noise - screaming kids was unacceptable for a relaxing holiday for people without children. The water sports was also a source of constant noise and coupled with the dreadful smell of petrol from the onshore breeze from the speed boats and jet bikes. The main restqaurant is little more than a free for all canteen and Spices was a haven for breakfast - no kids - most of the time (staff allowed them in on occasion. Overall a huge disappointment for a hotel with the reputation of the Conrad Hilton.
