The staff are exceptional, they will go out of the way to make sure you are happy and catered for to the best of their ability. That includes food and beverage staff and the great team on the front desk. To the team at the front desk, yes there were some small issues but Mr Sapari and Mr Eka really went above and beyond to fix them. It is really not about how problems arise but how hotels and staff try to fix them. I have travelled all over the world and stayed in many a 5* hotel, plus living in Dubai my standards are unfortunately higher than normal. Conrad Bali met my expectations
When booking families into the hotel care must be taken not to align noisy or busy areas of the hotel with them.

Best hotel in the world! We love it here, wonderful setting, beautiful rooms, great facilities including an excellent gym, INCREDIBLE breakfast, everything homemade. Great kids club. All the staff go above and beyond to help you and make you have the most relaxing and special stay. Everything is stylish and sophisticated. This was our second visit and we really hope to be back again one day.
The food and drink prices are a lot higher than local prices, but that is to be expected in such a brilliant hotel.
