Breakfast was great. The beach side pool had beautiful views. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Rooms are small and a little run down. Pillows weren’t comfortable. Didn’t like that you have to walk so far from the beach side pool to place an order at the bar. Most other resorts in Bali there is someone ready to take your order with a simple happy gesture from the comfort of your lounger. Lunch/Dinner menu is pretty average tasting for the price.

The hotel has a beautiful layout, great pools, and a lovely beachfront location. The overall structure and setting are relaxing and family-friendly.
Breakfast was poorly planned with limited choices, and the coffee was bad. Staff were generally unhelpful and not attentive. Food at Coco Bar and other hotel restaurants was bland, overpriced, and not worth the cost. Mosquito problems in downstairs rooms made the stay uncomfortable. The hotel has good infrastructure but very poor management.
