The pool areas and beach access. The friendly staff and breakfast buffet was always fresh and delicious options. Beautiful relaxed vibes.
Our room was lovely and big but the noise from the corridor was very loud and other guests would keep us up or wake us up when leaving their rooms

Love the ambiance of the breakfast area overseeing the sea , and it’s airy and breezy!
The staffs esp at the reception service are extremely helpful and warmth . Worth mentioning about Adhit who has helped and advice us while in Bali tour

Breakfast, room, and overall style/comfort of the resort is luxurious and very enjoyable. The beach is a little small and the water is slightly cloudy. But the latter is more an issue of Nusa Dua at this time of the year, not the hotel's fault.
Mosquitos at the evenings, but the hotel tried to help with insect repellents.

Buffet wasnt great. Room was filled with mosquitos. Robes had holes in them & falling apart. In room service menu was limited and catered to little dietary requirements. Cleanliness of overall rooms was underwhelming
