We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The atmosphere of the hotel is lovely, calm, and intimate — perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always helpful. The pools were great and very enjoyable. Everything was perfect. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Great stay in a beautiful.hotel

Great quiet location only 30 min from airport. Good restaurant options within walking distance of hotel. Nice beach and 2 pools. We had a room in the garden area across the road. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds. Good breakfast choice. Very friendly staff. Had a lovely stay and would use it again.

We had a deluxe garden view room but the view from our balcony was more like a dilapidated roof view, quite ugly. A shame as the hotel was certainly not full.and they could have put us in a different room. We didn't use the balcony due to the ugly view.

A fine retreat on a busy island

Once you leave the main road, you’re surrounded by gardens and pools. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms as well as I had a large balcony overlooking the pool area. It was a nice setting for reading and relaxing

Good location for water sports.

We loved the beachfront setting, relaxing by the pool with cocktails was a real highlight. It was also within easy walking distance of plenty of massage spots and other restaurants. The location was great, although a little more touristy and commercial, with resorts all around. - We stayed over Christmas and the resort staff put on a great show that was very inclusive for all visitors.

There were only a couple of drawbacks. While it’s not the staff’s fault, they require payment (or a signature) for every drink at the time of purchase, there’s no option to run a tab at the bar. It wasn’t a big deal, but it did mean signing for drinks every round, and I would’ve preferred to have everything on one account. The system they use also felt quite dated. Because they had to write our Accor number on each bill, I’m not confident we received all the Accor points we should have. If we went again, I’d also recommend booking water sports and activities outside the resort. The resort pricing has a significant mark-up, and they have a strict no-refund policy.

Disappointing

Spacious room with a chaise, lovely little balcony. Loved the two pool areas - always available loungers and outdoor seating. Location is not as ideal as you are away from cafes and restaurants so if you want something easy to walk to, choose elsewhere.

My room was half an hour late however they offered me a free drink from the bar while I waited. Asked for a quiet room before booking and was placed near the kids pool area. It's obvious pool facing rooms are always noisier. Food was a let down, not very tasty and extremely expensive with added service charges and taxes. During the daytime, staff were drilling outside which meant for 3 hours there was constant noise. Had to complain as I was trying to nap before catching my flight. Also rooms not very soundproof - could hear the next door neighbour clearing his throat and nose from around 6 am until 8 am.

Good holiday destination for family

Staff are beyond our expectation! Especially staff in kids club. My daughter loves to go to kids club everyday. Main pool and beach is good and relaxing. I love that food at the breakfast buffet is not the same everyday. Also love the vibes!

All round a enjoyable experience

The hotel is in a quiet position with nice architecture and gardens . They serve a very good breakfast with plenty of variety. We stayed over the roadside, which has a very nice swimming pool with nice landscape areas . The beds are comfortable with nice pillows albeit the first room we stayed in didn’t have a soft top on it. The second room did.

We stayed in the pool access rooms which have glass covered front areas which Can get very hot and whenever it rains they leak. Attention is needed for keeping the glass clean. This did not impact our stay. The hot and cold tap system in the shower is very hard to adjust.

Beautiful property let down by poor service, bad food, and weak management — not worth recommending.

The hotel has a beautiful layout, great pools, and a lovely beachfront location. The overall structure and setting are relaxing and family-friendly.

Breakfast was poorly planned with limited choices, and the coffee was bad. Staff were generally unhelpful and not attentive. Food at Coco Bar and other hotel restaurants was bland, overpriced, and not worth the cost. Mosquito problems in downstairs rooms made the stay uncomfortable. The hotel has good infrastructure but very poor management.

Granted, it the one of the most affordable along Nusa Dua - Benoa Bay Area, but indeed, you get what you pay for. Average at best, and not memorable. Would I book the resort again? Not likely. Great if you are under a tight budget though.

Disappointing

Large clean room and friendly staff.

Pool facilities and beach was man made. No sun beds available by the pool for days, guests reserve them with a towel and go away for hours. The pool staff are meant to remove belongings after 30 minutes but it is not done. To make it worse, they sell day passes to the pool for £10 including breakfast to non-guests. When guests paying hundreds of £ can’t get a sun lounger. Additionally, not enough sunbrellas available. They have beach sun loungers with no sunbrellas yet they have lots of villas with them not being used. This is not good enough for an Accor premium brand. Additionally very difficult to get coffee sachets from housekeeping and what they do give you is minimal and melted. This is not good enough for a big brand such as Accor!!!

A wonderful beach property that checks all the boxes for a wonderful Family trip.

It is a beautiful property and we enjoyed everything from the check in, to the lovely rooms and the comfortable beds. The lady at the check in helped us a great deal to try and get rooms nearby as we were staying with children. The breakfast was awesome. A wonderful spread which will definitely keep everyone happy - including the kids. A big shout out to the staff manning the traffic crossing - you guys are wonderfful. This is a property which we will stay .. again.

There is not anything that we can think of. And even if we did have some minor niggles, the staff were very helpful to make it better and resolve. The place can be a little far away from the hustle and bustle of shopping and partying .. but that is easily taken care of if you have a car.

Nice facilities, room so so, location not ideal

The pool area is very nice and just in front of the sea, with many water sports activities nearby. Very nice staff and good breakfast

The location is isolated and about 5km from the centre of Nusa Dua, forcing us to take a 10-minute taxi or multi-stops shuttle bus for an afternoon walk or dinner outside. It's not a big issue, but the beach is artificial as the access to the sea is by stairs. Both sides of the beach are semi-closed, so you are confined in the nice pool area Our room (family/garden area) clearly needed a refurbishment.

An affordable, enjoying resort with lots of options and not just for families

Huge kids pool, this made swim time really easy and enjoyable with a toddler as we didn't have to have floaties on - it was large at knee depth. Two other beautiful pools with lots of day beds around them gave lots of options to enjoy the water and have drinks/food by the pool. The resort is frequented by travelers without kids as well as families, so it wasn't overrun by kids which gave a nice balance. The family room was great with a separate kids room, and block out blinds - plus a cot was offered for us and the room was large enough for the cot and bunks. We had a garden room and I personally think it was better than others - it had a great private outdoor area that as a family we enjoyed and our kids had room to roam. Other rooms closer to pools, their front seating areas were exposed to public, frequently used walk ways. Staff were quick to fix anything we reported needing repair. A well equip gym was also fantastic.

The main bed was hard, the kids beds were more comfortable. I don't know if it's the Nusa Dua area or just our room but the water had a stench and I found this quiet offensive to try shower in (didn't have this at all in other parts of Bali). The family room was run down - closet door scraped to open, lights by bunk beds didn't work. The kids club was great, but the charges were pretty ridiculous - $5 for your kid to sprinkle some fish food in their own pond, really?! You would think that would be included and only charge for things were the child takes something away of value. They even charged for Balinese traditional dress sessions. They also wanted you to pay extra to use an umbrella outside the hotel. We love walking to local warungs and other shops when in Bali, this hotel is a bit away from the main strip and was a bit of a walk to explore other eateries, just important to note when travelling with young children.

Good property

The whole property the greenery around it felt close to nature ! The resort side is really nice and personalised compare to the basic apartments the rooms were not maintained the tap was rusty there were mosquitoes in the room didn’t felt like a 5 star hotel at all When we complained the staff at the reception were very kind all the ladies were smiling and resolved my problem offered us a upgraded room at the resort area

We loved the large swimming pool and the breakfast was amazing. Nice to be able to sit with such lovely views over the pool.

We couldn’t swim at the beach as the sea was too rough and dangerous. There were rock walls and stairs leading into the water and we would’ve crashed into these with such large waves. The restaurant could have some more authentic dishes.

Overall a great stay with amazing staff but not a 5 star experience

Staff and food were amazing

We were quite disappointed with the condition of the outdoor bathroom, which was meant to be a key feature of the garden room experience. Unfortunately, it had clearly been neglected — green moss, bird waste and weeds were overgrown, making it feel unkempt and poorly maintained. The bedroom leading to the bath area door handle was broken, adding to the sense of disrepair. While we made sure to keep the doors closed at all times, we still experienced a significant number of mosquitoes, which made the space uncomfortable. Overall, what was advertised as a highlight ended up detracting from the overall experience.

Enjoyable and relaxing family trip.

Have separate pools to accommodate to different categories of travellers. Nice sea view with its beachfront location. The rooms are clean and the facilities are in good condition. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and they make great effort to know the customers well. And there are many options of restaurants along the road. Very convenient.

It may be at beachfront but it doesn’t have a beach when it’s at high tide. Can’t launch a kayak nor do I feel safe to swim with the water crashing against the rocky bank. The balinese dinner buffet was not worth the price as the spread was not a lot.
