It was pleasant. The hotel is looking a bit run down and could do with some modernisation

Beach, staff, pools

The villa leaked - it was raining a lot - water was dripping down the walls. Very dangerous, two family members slipped and fell. The wifi was often an issue and we could only use the general wifi and not that allocated to the villa. There should be ceiling fans in the open areas.

Resort pools, bars and beach were beautiful. Staff were really friendly. We had our own Butler who was always ready to assist. They even had a pillow menu for us to pick out perfect pillows! Kids loved the jumping platforms, foam parties and water sports. Beach was super clean. We didn’t need to leave the hotel at all! Everything was there for us. Food options suited all tastes!

Wonderful hotel.

The location was perfect in many ways. A big hotel, however we were in a villa with a private pool, which was worth every cent!!! Spend a bit more and there are so many inclusions, including an amazing breakfast, cocktails, afternoon tea, canapes. The villa was fab, great pool, fantastic air- conditioning, bed was comfy, great toiletries, bath etc. Fluffy towels. The villa was soo quiet! I wish we had booked for longer!!!

The check in process was quite rushed and the lasses English wasnt amazing.. not her fault. We were not aware of our inclusins/benefits till our last day :( which was a bit disappointing.

Our two-week stay at Merusaka Hotel in Nusa Dua was simply wonderful. The private pool attached to our room was absolutely fantastic and made the experience even more special. The hotel’s beachfront location and the many additional pools throughout the property offer endless opportunities for comfortable, relaxing downtime. The rooms, garden areas, and restaurants were all spotless — everything truly sparkled with cleanliness. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We had an unforgettable time, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and well-cared-for getaway.

Perrrrfect, booking here again next year

The location was perfect, it was super quite and peaceful, and easy access to the beach. The beach is really clean and the water was amazing, highlight of the trip, soaking in the beach water. The pool is marvellous, literally the most perfect pool for a resort, spacious and access to more private lounges. The resort's architecture was top-notch and the environment was clean and maintained. The flora was incredible as it surrounded the resort, definitely promotes relaxation. The room was spacious and comfortable. Most of all, the staff were incredible, very accommodating, responsive and approachable. They were the loveliest people we had ever met, and just the staff alone, would bring us back. Not often do I say I would return somewhere, I love to change scenery when I visit Bali, but Merusaka, I will definitely be back.

We had a pool access room which was fantastic, morning coffee on the deck with a swim before breakfast and not needing to leave our room. The staff were all fantastic, friendly and always happy to help. Breakfast was excellent, lots too choose from. The best thing about this resort was that it was in front of the best beach area in nusa dua

Very luxurious.

The WOW factor when we arrived at this huge resort with multiple pools and restaurants to choose from. We stayed in a private villa with our own pool, that had a gate that opened into a swimming lagoon that allowed us to swim with other guests! Our villa certainly ticked every box that made us feel like royalty. The staff were all so friendly and very helpful and contributed to a relaxing last few nights in Bali b4 heading home.

A luxurious treat in a quiet, safe haven.

Expansive and relaxed. Never felt crowded or busy. Plenty of pool choices and loungers. Beautiful beach. Fabulous breakfast and good restaurants. I have read people say Nusa Dua is not authentic Bali, and that’s true, but honestly, if you want relaxation in a warm, safe, clean, luxurious place and don’t much like crowds and shopping for mass produced trinkets, this is the place for you. We particularly enjoyed having our pool access room!

Lovely Resort

Beautiful resort with a perfect beachfront location and stunning surroundings. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and always ready to help. The pools are lovely, and the breakfast buffet has a great variety of options.

The resort is huge, and because there are so many people, we couldn’t really find the peace and quiet we were expecting. It’s definitely a great place for families with kids, as there’s plenty of space and activities for everyone to enjoy.

Our stay at Merusaka was totally relaxing and service was fantastic

Location was sensational. We had a 2 bedroom pool Villa which was fantastic. The pool was divine and we felt very safe and secure. Service was fantastic. We had the butler service included in our package and they were great. All staff were lovely and courteous, always willing to help. Breakfast was also included and had a great range of foods. There was a good variety of restaurants in the resort. There Homaya restaurant was by far the best place that we ate at. Food was superb, tasty and reasonably priced.

It could have had more comfy lounges in the common dining lounge room. There were only two of us so it was ok but if anymore people there’s nowhere really to relax. Also the bed in the 2nd bedroom was not that comfy.

Breakfast buffet and the food from restaurant tasted of poor quality, tasted like highly processed chemical filled. This was our 3rd time staying there and the food taste like it has got worse everytime. No sunshade over kids pool

Not an authentic experience.

There was not a Balinese feel to the resort! Pool bar blasting music all day. They could make the resort more appealing with much under-utilised space. QR Code ordering system not always reflective of what is available with some limited availability during a main meal time! Was told could not order fries as a side ad they were being allocated to meals!

Love it. We will come back again! The clean, is my kind of clean. 😍 The facility are great, not too much, not too less. Just right! The room and the bathroom are amazing! There are plenty of space! The staff, don’t even ask, they are amazing! Family friendly! I came with two babies and they loved the hotel. Unfortunately, the kids club is really small. The toys are old and mostly made of plastic. This needs an improvement. However, because the staff are great, my children enjoyed their time in kids club. The food is fine. Just like normal hotels food and price.

It’s not a 5 star hotel, 4 star at best. Aging hotel but lovely pool and nearby a gorgeous beach.

The pools were fabulous. It is 5 mins walk to a really gorgeous Geger beach.

The food was not great quality. Facilities and rooms are very dated and need renovation. Pools are 5 stars but rooms and facilities and food only makes it a 3 -4 star property.

Breakfast area was too overcrowded and hard to decipher what was where - perhaps for the size of the complex they should have an additional dining area. Also you order coffees and they never arrive and coffee machines didn’t work
