Romantic night away

The property was lovely and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. We especially liked the spa bath which can fit 2 adults in

I thought breakfast was included in the price of the room so was surprised when I had to pay more for it. It was quite expensive for what you got on a cooked breakfast. I would have expected more food.

A wonderfully comfortable stay in a great location with outstanding, attentive service.

The room was extremely comfortable and very warm, with lovely decoration down to the smallest detail. The receptionists, Laura and Andrew, were exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely caring towards guests. The location is also excellent and very convenient.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met my expectations.

Beautiful stunning property, downstairs sitting room was lovely and the dining room so nice and inviting. Reception area nice and welcoming. Staff very polite and warm. Overall a great stay.

The bathroom in our room requires some maintenance, toilet flush quite difficult to use, ceiling requires repainting, limited leg room infront of toilet however appreciate that’s not an easy fix. Tv needs to maybe be bigger or closer to bed.

A fantastic place to chill out and relax

The perfect Christmas getaway. My room was fantastic, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The lounge was a lovely spot to relax in and the complimentary tea and coffee a nice extra touch. Breakfast was great and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I'm sure I will be back.

Your reception staff Connor was rude and unhelpful over the phone as I got lost finding the place. It was dark and traveling from Bham, clueless of the area he was undermining and condescending

We loved our stay staff were amazing and the decor was outstanding. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was so good really well cooked.

It was a little further away from the centre than we would have liked but that’s a very small issue and you can’t move the hotel so altogether a great hotel

Receptionists, both on arrival and departure were very helpful and friendly. Waitress at breakfast was helpful, friendly and very attentive to everyone (working in her own). Room was lovely. It was quite nice to have reception ask if there were any maintenance issues when we departed.

Bitter sweet

Booked this hotel because of the decoration. It matches the images.

Very very dirty. The amount of spider webs was impressive on a negative way. So easy to reach out as we did with a bath towel.

Great on the surface and with a tiny bit of a change would be fabulous.

Facilities are great based on appearance. Location is good for the town. Breakfast was lovely.

It was disappointing to find that the room had not been hoovered comprehensively or dusted either (corners of the room and radiators ) A shame that the radiator needed bleeding and despite offering to do it, this was not resolved for the second nights stay.
