Room was spacious and clean- bed was comfy. Location was perfect for access to Boscombe and Bournemouth areas and beaches. It was the hottest weekend and fans were supplied to try and help. Hotel accommodated with a ground floor room with shower rather than bath for my elderly parents
2 of our 3 rooms were not ready at 3pm check in. Milk for coffee and tea was not replenished for second day Frosted glass door into bathroom Very poor shower head and sink splash from the fountain tap !

The poached eggs were good
Executive suite was too small, the tea and coffee in the room was terrible, the bathroom was too small,and no bath,the breakfast was only an hour served between 8 and 9,the curtains didn't close properly a massive gap was left in the middle when fully closed, hardly any staff around massively overpriced for what you'd expect. Won't be staying there again
