I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a generally pleasant experience, though there are a few areas that need attention.
The Positives:
The room was excellent-spacious, spotlessly clean, and with nice furnishings.
The hotel restaurant was very nice, offering a lovely atmosphere and great food.
The property is situated in a lively and convenient location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
Areas for improvement:
The bed was a little too firm for a comfortable night's sleep, and the room doors were quite noisy when being closed.
The hallways and stairs looked a bit shabby and could use some maintenance to match the high standard of the rooms and there problems calling the lift on the 3rd floor.
While the food was great, the restaurant staff seemed a bit inexperienced, and the menu pricing was rather confusing.
Verdict:
Overall, this is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic spot. I would happily return and stay here again, provided these minor issues are addressed.

I would stay here again , however one member of the bar staff was pretty rude so didn’t go back to the bar after this and went next door . The rude bar man did not ruin the holiday other than that a wonderful stay

Clean and great facilities inside the hotel. Outdoor and indoor swimming pool. Great restaurants and great breakfast. And the most important are the staff and their amazing service, to name a very professional and friendly responsible at the restaurant Lisa Male that is highly driven by providing an amazing and pleasant stay to the hotel's guests. So close to the pier and the town city center but on the outstanding walk and view from the East cliff.
