    When I was making the booking I was given options for what type of room I wanted. Starting with small double and then standard double which claimed much bigger and nicer pictures. When checked in i was given a small smelly old fashioned room which didn't reflect what I had paid for. After practically being called a liar by acting manager I eventually proved that I purchased the better room. I get a good discount through agoda as I regularly use the site so they thought i had thr cheaper room. But I was told there wasn't a room of the standard I paid for available. I could cancel and find another hotel, keep the room they gave me, or I could have a suite if I paid an extra ***! Which I felt my best option at the time. I was made to feel like a nuisance and the manager was very rude. The room was pleasant but when I went to run a nice hot bath after a stressful day, I see the bath taps were replaced by a stopper abd so you could only have a shower! Which was honestly the worst shower ive ever had! Absolutely no water pressure and a mere dribble was the best I could get out of it. I have made an official complaint which I am awaiting a response. I shan't hold my breath

    hotel is next to beach. rooms are big. hotel garden is amazing. also has a leasure club with very nominal fee.....enjoyed my stay and highly recommended.
