Good hotel in a great location

Good parking area, great location, comfortable room. Nice ambience in the bar and good breakfast. We always come here after Christmas with the family, for a break away.

Lovely hotel but would change the location.

It was a really nice looking hotel with a lovely staff and facilities.

Balcony’s were not separated from others and the balcony door would not lock. Across the road from an asylum seeker hotel which was a little bit uncomfortable as there was large groups of young men standing outside at all times. Neighbours in the hotel were smoking in rooms and were arguing until the morning.

It felt very dated, the lifts took ages.. There was a lot of damage that was openly noticeable The staff were nice but I do feel that they can really do with a refurb of all the rooms and facilities

Booked superior king room and was put into junior suite, the room was absolutely amazing so big and spacious!

The air con in our room didn’t work so slept with balcony doors open, swimming pool was very small and not much to it. No smart tv

Overall my experience Was good apart from the fire alarm going off in error at 4.45 in the morning and no one seemed to know the reason why!

I think I could have been offered more Compensation for the above rather than just waive the car park fee!

Very disapointed with the fire alarm going off multiple times in the early hours of the morning, hence i had a work meeting at 8:30 am this was not a place i left with a happy face, 2nd floor also stank of marijuana. Not happy

Did not clean the room. When prompted to clean it they only changed duvet cover not sheet. Air con in room broken, was very hot. Highlighted to reception but did not fix it. Tv was broken in room

Was very clean and the staff where super helpful, the bar staff where very polite and made our evening in there enjoyable. The spa/ pool was nice, dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was good.

I felt charging paying guests for parking their vehicle was naughty, especially when not advertised on booking.com , also £15 a night was steep!

If one could pre book a carpark space, this hotel would have been perfect

Breakfast was very good quality and plenty of choice.. only one concern i noticed 2 guests asking to replenish croissants and had a fair wait, as the dish was emptied and the milk in coffee machine ran out . But the quality and choice of breakfast was exceptional

More regular tea bags and milk in room as only 2. But more importantly car park space was a nightmare very inconvenient having to keep looking out for a space to be freed up

The mail changing rooms We arrived for breakfast at 10.15, most of the food had gone, yet they charged us full rate even though the cooked breakfast had no bacon, sausage, muchroom, when we questioned this we were told nothing they could do. The same night we booked in the restaurant, only when we arrived at the time it was closed and they wanted us to eat in the bar.

Perfect hotel for a short stay.

The hotel was very nice on the inside, the room we had was very comfortable and spacious and the facilities were lovely.

Parking is £15 for 24 hours which is quite heavy but I don’t think there’s many places in Bournemouth for cheaper than that.

Absolutely awful hotel . Staff are very rude and unhelpful , especially the manager. I do not recommend a stay here . You will be very disappointed with staff attitude .

Room beautiful,clean, stunning hotel, in door pool and jacuzzi, we loved. Very clean, you wil literally see staff cleaning making the place spotless .Great fresh breakfast,always looked forward to it. Very good front of staff at reception, they helped bring an appropriate size bed for my mum.lovely lady at the restaurant who would always be happy to help me chose my meal in the evening, I always went for the soup. Soup was delicious... very good chef. Great location.

Rude male staff, had shaved head, sounded Italian. He pretty much shouted at us because we didn't here him telling us to wait before we are seated. Other major thing the room walls are very thin I could hear people passing my door and every slam from the door you can hear. That was the biggest issue for me especially as i had children with me.I literally heard every slam until most people settled for bed around 10pm, then I could sleep. Please sort this because it would have been a 5 star review it wasn't for the doors.

Uncomfortable, dirty, false advertising - update your pictures of the rooms. Shame because the staff were lovely.

Had a massage in the spa and it was wonderful

Lots of- photos do not accurately depict the rooms, it’s actually false advertising. The carpets were filthy - bring slippers because you would not want to walk bare foot on them. Windows had lots of bird poo on them. Needs a full redecoration - just grotty. Changed rooms as the first ‘cozy’ room was worse than any hostel I’ve stayed in. I ‘upgraded’ but it was just larger. Rooms were not comfortable at all. The bathroom was very clean which was a plus.
