Best Butcome establishment

Everything!!! From the minute we walked in to the minute we left everything was perfect. The room was exactly what we booked , the food in the evening & breakfast was amazing and even our little dog got a sausage for breakfast. We were there for a work meeting and had 3 rooms nothing was too much , we will definitely be stopping again. We have stayed in another Butcome establishment close to this area that was well below par to Avon Causeway this is by far the best.

When we arrived at 7.30 we were told food cooking stopped at 8pm so ‘we better be quick’. Came down at 7.45 waitress told us that a lot of food was unavailable due to time. Ordered some food & told we would have to have pudding at same time (we didn’t bother) Your info stated dinner available till 9.00pm but told as we were the only guests that was the way it was. First time we had flown from Bournemouth,never again. What a great return from our holiday

Clean and comfortable room with huge bed and excellent tea & coffee making facilities. Fresh and good quality food (breakfast and dinner). Super-friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and were really helpful.

Convenient location near the main road means some road noise is inevitable. Also convenient for the airport so occasional noise from planes.

A pleasant and comfortable stay overall.

The hotel was charming, clean and comfortable throughout. Our room met all expectations and we found the staff to be warm and welcoming. It’s a lovely character property that makes for a relaxing stay.

Breakfast service felt disorganised and a little understaffed, which led to slower service. The food was just okay and could have been better considering the overall quality of the hotel. A little more efficiency in the morning would really elevate the experience.
