Excellent location to town but hilly for some people as the walk uphill can be tough.

The pillows were very good. It would be nice to know where you purchased them from. Staff helpful.

The bathroom is very good but during the night when you need the toilet you cannot find the sliding door as it is very dark. The door needs to be identified by some form of low lighting nearby to guide you their without disturbing your partner by switching on the lighting in the room

The stay was value for money. I will defiantly go again next year summer or Christmas.

Coy in room! Breakfast food cold, we went for breakfast 8.40am ! Had to pay extra for parking, when we went in previous year parking was included so it wasn’t a good rate

Not pleased with the staff attitude

We didn't get much of a welcome from the night staff namely Alex. He and his colleague were quite rude upon our arrival. The room was comfortable but didn't have any water in the room. When asked for water I was told to drink from the bathroom. Breakfast had a good variety.

It was OK

The room was adequate and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection well laid out.

The shower in our room wasn’t that good. I suspect the shower hear needed descaling. Also the USB charging sockets didn’t work. I told one of the reception staff who simply responded “oh dear” Your could also tell the neighbours to be quieter. We were kept awake on the Saturday night by the constant thumping bass beat of a nearby nightclub.

Great hotel

It's was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly

I found the bed abit uncomfortable. But apart from that it was very good. The hill to get up to the hotel from the BIC was a bit steep.

Awful experience with hotel having no room for us

We arrived at 11.30pm on a Saturday night after a 4 hour drive to be told by reception that they had overbooked and had no room for us. We had already pre paid £200. The hotel did nothing to help us find somewhere else to stay, leaving us to find somewhere else to sleep on a busy Saturday night in December when everywhere was booked up with Christmas parties. As a result we were left £200 out of pocket and had to fork out more for parking, and the loss of sleep from the additional 2 hours it took to find, book, and park at a different hotel. I called the hotel manager who said he would refund us and pay any parking difference, but the £20 we might get back is inferior compared to the stressful situation we were left in.

Great stay, great location - upgrade to a larger room would be our advice :-)

We found the room to be clean and comfortable and the staff are always friendly. The hotel itself is in a great location when in town, with easy access to some nice bars etc. Parking is also easy here, with an attached carpark beneath the hotel.

The rooms are quite small, so in turn the bed isn't very big. It felt like it was just about a double.

Very dirty room - covered in dust everywhere. Looked like hasn’t been cleaned for weeks. Family room so small, not enough space to even open your luggage on the floor. Mattress and pillows too hard, bed too small - terrible sleep.

Great location for the BIC

Stayed here a few times before but the breakfast has gradually gotten worse. Lack of choice no fried eggs no mushrooms no fresh orange juice. Very limited for vegans

Perfect location with great facilities

Second time staying at the hotel, first with my husband in summer And went back with friends in November , it was spotless clean , lovely rooms and very comfortable with great facilities and lovely staff , breakfast was so nice with a lot of options and it's in a fantastic location so close to the amenities and beach and the BIC which I went to for concerts so this hotel was perfect for everything you would want to do eg trip to the beach , a meal , a concert or a night out with friends so it's in the perfect location with everything in walking distance

A well located stay

The staff were very welcoming, they provided warm reception when we arrived, the room was cozy and very clean and respectful. Bathroom was very good too. Shower facilities were brilliant.

The menu could have been better with more variety, the duvet on the bed could have been thicker but this was only a small niggle.
