Great location and staff with clean rooms so would definitely recommend.
The room was nicely decorated with plenty of sockets and charging points. The shower was a good size and worked very well. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The bar was good. The location was ideal for access to the town centre and beech. Overall, an excellent stay.

Pleasant enough, but small rooms and unwelcoming staff
The games room and pool were great.
The room was very small and despite it being for 3, there were only drink making facilities for 2. The male staff at reception was cold and unwelcoming throughout our stay. The bar staff and female receptionist were great.

Swimming pool, location, nice room and shower
Swimming pool does not open until 10am so an 11am check out makes it less value to have one. Car parking is an extra £12.50 charge which was not clear when booking.

Brilliant from start to finish!

The hotel was nice upon arrival, clean and welcoming.
We booked this hotel because the rooms looked bright and spacious, sadly ours was not when we arrived, felt like we had transported back in time. The bed wasn’t that comfortable either

Stay ok for just 2 nights but not any longer. Have stayed in better hotels but cost low
Good breakfast and friendly staff.
Small room. Lift was very slow. Poor choice on dinner menu so ate out. Having to pay £25 for 2 nights parking, not informed of this when booking.
