A very comfortable annex, a short walk from the sea.

It was modern, decently sized, and decorated really nicely in a seaside theme. The bathroom was very smart, with an excellent shower. The place was spotless, and it was well equipped with a little fridge and tea-making facilities. The owner provided milk and hot cross buns, which were very welcome. The place was well located, just a 10-minute walk from the beach.

Charming and comfortable

Clean, comfortable and modern self-contained room in a house with friendly owners and easy parking on the driveway or in road outside. Great coffee machine and generous assortment of drinks and snacks. Ample bathroom with walk-in shower. Plenty of amenities within a few minutes walk.

A restful convenience and pleasant experience.

Excellent location, nice walking areas, close to great shops, pubs, and for day trips out in the vicinity. Quiet and secure area with excellent and very convenient offstreet parking. All facilities new and well maintained by generous hosts who could not have been nicer.

A great two nights in perfect accommodation. Not far from Mudeford quay - less than 20mins walk.

Very clean well appointed. Lovely decor. Loved the extra little touches - fresh milk in the fridge, bottles of water, even a Chelsea bun’ spacious room and bathroom. Easy to access - no steps to get into the property.

This property is absolutely stunning, well organised and every consideration to details have been achieved. Clean, extremely well located and gorgeous.

The property is spacious, has everything you need including a little mini fridge which had fresh milk, butter for the fresh hot cross buns left for us and a variety of coffees, teas and hot chocolate. The bathroom had a lovely big shower, clean and luxurious towels. The property was well lit with lovely windows but blinds for privacy. A tv with plenty of channels. Quiet and Peaceful.

It was excellent in most comfortable and stylish en-suite accommodation.

I liked the appearance of the room and the bathroom, it was very comfortably warm and with a heated towel rail. There was a very good shower. It was very useful to have a fridge. The location within walking distance of the sea was excellent and easy parking available in the pleasant road.

This is a wonderful room owned by a very lovely couple who accepted me walking into their actual gaf whilst half drunk asking for a can of lager from their fridge haha! Really nice stay, great location, great people - wonderful!

Calm Christchurch base.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The tea and coffee and breakfast facilities along with hot cross buns were a nice touch. Location for us was excellent as we were in Christchurch for a birthday party just a 10 minute walk away.

We were a little too warm on our first night, but this was soon resolved by switching off the towel radiator (which we hadn't seen you could do)

Great little spot

A lovely little annexe to the owners house. Very clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Independent entrance, a small fridge with milk, water, croissants, tea, coffee, etc plus smart TV good WiFi and parking in the driveway. Would certainly stay here again if we were to return to Christchurch.

Nothing. Room was a bit warm overnight but we probably just didn't override the heating correctly. I'm sure if I'd contacted the owner we'd have sorted it but we were late back at night and away early.

Superb

Great location close to the harbour and beach. Very comfortable bed, fantastic shower room and enjoyed the hot cross buns and wine left in the room. Great base for walking coast path and we cycled into the new forest. Great local pubs and noisy lobster restaurant. Could leave car outside. I would recommend for a weekend.

Nothing substantial. It is someone's home so not like a hotel. We ate breakfast there so needed a way to wash or get fresh crockery.

A perfect anniversary retreat

The room was absolutely spotless, the hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and we really appreciated having a welcome basket of goodies to greet us! The bed was comfortable, and the location was ideal for what we wanted.

It's hard to pick out any flaws at all, we had a fantastic stay and I don't think we would change anything!
