Warm and friendly welcome, super relaxed vibe, stunning gardens, room was beautifully nestled in the gardens, pool and hot tub were perfectly located within the gardens so you could relax with beautiful views. Breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much to ask. We will definitely be returning

The property and grounds are absolutely stunning. We stayed in Half Moon Cabin. There are three acres of incredible garden to enjoy with good distance between the cabin, the main house and the other accommodation in the garden. We had privacy, peace and quiet and a really relaxing stay. Surrounded by nature but close to everything if you want to go into Christchurch..The plunge pool and hot tub are really lovely. We used them both and had them to ourselves both times. The staff are really lovely and breakfast was great. A real gem of a place.

The only thing we liked was the location and being able to park on site.
Room not cleaned properly small beads found on floor. Hole in ceiling, dirty pillow case. Breakfast not to a good standard.
