I love this hotel mainly because of the staff. This was my 16th stay, and I honestly don’t understand how anyone can leave a bad review. Yes, the hotel offers basic facilities, but what do people really expect for 45 kwids?

Don’t spend anymore than £40 on it you will disappointed

It had parking. Staff was nice. Bed was okay. Food was well priced and it was nice…although swear it was a supermarket boxed one! It was £40 - I mean I wasn’t expecting the earth - but basic cleanliness would have been nice.

I mean where do I start! Lift was not working. Room was filthy - have video of that. No way of making room cooler apart from a couple of slits in window. Mould in the bathroom. No hand soap. Black pubic hair found next to toilet - defo not mine! Whole decor looked like some 70’s porn hotel - you know the American motel rooms where invariably it’s either used as knocking shop or drug deals - you would be along the right lines

Rajat and Vishal- Great Hosts.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were amazing—especially Rajat and Vishal, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It’s also conveniently located, very close to Bournemouth and Boscombe town centres.

Overall the hotel is nice rooms are fairly modern and staff are friendly and welcoming. Didn’t spend too much on the hotel but what we did it did what we needed it too.

There is no wheelchair accessible rooms and the first set of rooms are on the first floor. There is a lift but no way big enough to fit a wheelchair.

Perfect location, great staff

Perfectly located a ten minute walk to the city centre. Close enough for work, far enough away to be quiet.

There are currently renovation works ongoing so there was some noise during the day.

Really lovely time, peaceful stay in the evenings, not overcrowded.

Really nice area close to the beach and supermarkets, Town center a 20 minute walk away or there are electric scooters near by for a 5 minute journey! Really good value for money, Comfy and clean rooms, tea, coffee, milk ans sugar provided with a kettle, and can get more anytime due to 24/7 service. Can also connect your phone to the Tv in the rooms to watch netflix etc

Some issues with the bathroom such as the door not closing, and difficulty getting close to the mirror due to the shower placement but nothing major.

Cheap and cheerful(ish)

The staff were really welcoming and friendly, which made a great first impression. The restaurant looked lovely, though I didn’t get chance to use it this time. The bar area was beautiful and quiet, even if a couple of drinks weren’t available on tap. I also really liked the lift! It had a quirky charm that added character to the place. £20 for 2 nights parking which wasn't too bad.

The building has a lot of character, though being older (like many others in the area) it does show some signs of wear. There was a slight smell of damp in places, which the air fresheners didn’t quite cover, and I noticed a few leaks after the heavy rain - they may have been there for a while. In my room, a full-length mirror would have been useful (my friends had one in theirs), though they mentioned their room was missing a hair dryer. The iron provided looked a little worn, possibly from the damp, and may not have been used recently so we had to get a new one of those from reception which was easy enough.

drinks at the bar were cheap

building is quite old and it shows, especially on things like windows or walls. WiFi didn't work ceiling was bulging, looked like a leak from upstairs furniture and carpets in our room were stained heating was on and we found no way of turning it off making it unbearably hot in the room, had to open the windows to get some cold air whole night we could hear the water running through the radiator (which is 2meters from bed) and it was quite loud (like old style toilet flush refilling). That was constant since we came in till we left. Made falling asleep quite difficult. Bathroom was quite small - I imagine someone plus sized would struggle to use it comfortably. Paid parking with no option to pay on site and requirement to download app to pay online

Paid for a room upgrade, should have been a large double, but twin beds just pushed together. One of these way completely worn and unusable.

Easy location, free parking on the road over the weekends.

Stains in the shower that washed away once we put the water on, hairs left on toilet seat and all on the bathroom floor, the bathroom light was leaking down water when the people upstairs were using their shower (a massive fire hazard, water through live electrics)

The pictures online are not accurate. Rooms are very shabby and customer service was not good. Stains all over the carpet, paint peeling everywhere, chipped cups, bed linen was inside out and no bodywash in the dispenser. When we asked for some at reception we were told it would be sorted straight away. Finally got some about 1.5hours later.
