Park Inn by Radisson Bournemouth

Rooms were clean on both days of our stay. Staff were really friendly and were so happy to help everyone! Saw them go above and beyond for many guests!

We really liked everything - an even better if would be that there's a mini fridge in the room, but perhaps these are already available depending on which room you book 😊

We enjoyed all the aspect of our stay, from the receptionist on arrival to Maria at breakfast made us feel comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent. the scrambled eggs were beautifully cooked and tasty.

The dinner options were limited and the service was slow.

The location is very good. Short walk to the beach.

The room was very small. Bathroom was tiny. You couldn’t even turn around in the shower cubicle as it was that small. The tiles in the bathroom were also unclean with some hair and grime. There was a fan in the room which was extremely poor quality. There was also smashed glass on the landing of floor 1. The woman on reception did not seem to know about the parking rules - signage stated parking was until 12pm on day of checkout so we asked further about this. On the first occasion we were informed that parking was until 11am when signage said 12pm. On the second occasion we were informed that we were able to leave our car on the car park 24 hours from the time we entered the car park the previous day. The receptionist seemed unsure about the parking rules.
