The staff were patient, polite and helpful. The attended to our concerns the best way they could. Shivani and her colleagues were ever so helpful and kind. I wouldn't mind returning because of them. The property was neat and very well cleaned. The bed was very comfortable. One of the best I've had in a while.

We chose the two single beds(twin beds) option upon booking. But were however met with the rude shock that we made no such requests. Only to be informed later that requesting for two twin beds upon payment via Booking.com wasn't enough to get the request done. That we had to write the hotel as a special request and that it would be upon availability. Our wonder is, why get us to pay for an order you aren't sure is available... If it was upon availability, then somehow, a system should be in place to confirm it's availability before accepting payment or better still, state it clearly in writing that the hotel should be contacted for such requests.

Location and staff. Very good breakfast

Cold, lukewarm or no water in room. Restaurant only had Choice of 3 items for dinner. Parking is not free! Have to pay £40 on arrival to ensure against damage. Refunded on check out
