Sadly from the moment I walked into the lobby it was clear things weren’t right. The photos give the impression of a much better standard than you get. On arrival I asked to confirm my late check out of 3pm as offered using their own link…..we don’t do that!! In the end 1pm was agreed and atleast I didn’t have to pay. The room was upgraded from supreme to premium and tbh I can’t tell what’s premium about it. Tiniest bathroom Iv ever seen with a toilet jammed in the corner between the wall and shower. The TV was unplugged which I thought odd so plugged it back in watched a bit of tv then went out, through the night I realised why it was unplugged as it randomly would turn itself back on. I will say the bed was comfy but over all the hotel is tired and needs lots of maintenance including almost all the doors didn’t shut properly so the main door when we got back after tea the room was unlocked. Finally the water from the hand basin came out a yellow/brown but cleared after a short while.

Waited to check in for 10 minutes no staff, this was a 3 room booking and all rooms were falling apart, paper thin walls. Breakfast additional charge and very limited when it did arrive it was under cooked and raw! No care for customer service, I don’t leave reviews often but this stay was one of the worst we have ever had.

Breakfast was a £14 cost regardless of what you had and due to doing a race that morning I only ate minimal. Aside from this, I feel this was counteracted by the service I received and would recommend the hotel. The elevator in the hotel is tiny and I only just fit in there with my bag (5’7, small build) Parking is a pay as you go, private company and reg and payment need to be taken upon check in. However this was convenient for me as it was within the premises and on the doorstep of the hotel. Rooms were relatively clean and it was great for a 1 night stay

Hotel was as expected, good and simple however there was a gap at the bottom of our room door of at least half an Inch(1.5cm) so we could he everything going on in the corridor and on the stairs

Lift was tiny. 1 person lift and 1 bag tiny. Room in poor state of repair and filthy. Pulled back sheets to a clump of dark hair. Dust and fluff everywhere. I am 6ft 2 and 115 kg and couldn’t even use the shower as the opening was so small. No chance if a guest was pregnant. It was baking hot and the window wouldn’t open. Car park was tiny and not in keeping with the size hotel.

The hotel is tired and run down. The photos on Hotels.com and other websites were taken a long time ago. The rooms are very old fashioned not well maintained or particularly clean. To then have to pay £14.50 for parking and £12.50 for a breakfast that was so poor I left the hotel and eat on my way home. I booked 4 rooms and all my team agreed with this review!!! Took 3 visits to reception to even get a working pass card to get into the room even being given access to another room at one point that had other guests belonging in.

This hotel is in very poor condition and does not merit the standards of a brand such as Radisson. Stayed here as have stayed in other Radisson Park Inns. The room was dirty we had to request toilet roll and towels on arrival as had none in our reom these were finally delivered by the night receptionist at 11pm after calling the front desk. The shower gel was also empty, cracked mirror in bathroom, several dirty stains on the carpet, cobwebs and mould on ceiling and the room was extremely small . Never again!

All good apart from very poor disabled parking bays. Only 2 and very narrow - no wider than any other bay. Poor location- either side of pillars which made them difficult to manoeuvre into. Couldn’t use as we need room to open doors fully. Also felt the bed was too big for the room leaving no space around - couldn’t fully pull the chair out from under the desk area so pointless it being there.

Great hotel, lovely staff. Hotel is located 1.5miles from the pier which is quite far for a walk however this is the only downside. There is a nice beach near the hotel. Room was nice and service was excellent. Thank you!

Rooms are old fashioned and tired. Plumbing system let you know it wasn't happy by making noises and doors banging into the early hours meant not a great nights sleep.

Rooms were fine and looked newly renovated. They were very warm but that’s to be expected during a heatwave. We were a group of mixed gender friends and had requested twin rooms. Upon arrival we were told the hotel only had three twin rooms and we were given two out of the three, having booked four twins. Reception did not seem to care when we said we had booked twins and essentially said tough luck, you don’t always get what you ask for. When we entered the rooms the two twins were actually set up as doubles and the guests had to request extra bedding, unzip the beds and make them themselves.

The property was absolutely amazing. We stayed for 7 nights in Room 109, and this was our second visit to the hotel. One of the main reasons we love it so much is because it truly feels like home. The staff are exceptional—helpful, friendly, and always welcoming. Special thanks to Rajat, Vishal, and a few others for making our stay even more enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to coming back in September! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bournemouth. Have a wonderful time, everyone!

Location is perfect. Good Hospitality. Great Staff specially Rajat Rana and Vishal. The facilities are modest — for example, the lift and shower are on the smaller side. But overall, it's excellent value for the price. Just don’t expect five-star amenities when you're paying £69 a night, or you might end up disappointed.

Park Inn by Radisson Bournemouth is a wonderful hotel. We stayed for two nights and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming specially Rajat and Vishal. The location is perfect—very close to the seafront and set in a quiet, peaceful area. The beds were very comfortable, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The only downsides were the small shower and the lift.

A reasonable hotel that was quite comfortable. The handbasin in our bathroom had some chips and there were some stains. Breakfast was adequate and basic. The lift is somewhat claustrophobic being that it only fits one person. Cheap and basic for a night or two. Wouldn’t want to stay longer.

The staff were very helpful. 5 out of 5 for the service, however the condition of the room really needs improvement. It’s outdated and needs refurbishment. Overall, 2 out of 5 as it did not quite meet the standards I expected for a Radisson-branded hotel.

Extremely disappointed with our stay here. The room was not properly cleaned — there were visible stains on the carpet, tissues carelessly stuffed into the holder, and unfortunately, visible hair in the shower tray. The bathroom floor also had bits of dirt stuck to the tiles There was also a loose electrical/phone wire box next to the door, which didn’t feel very safe. We even found used milk sachets mixed in with the fresh ones — not what you’d expect, even at a budget hotel. Parking overnight costs £10, even though it’s not gated nor in a garage. It was simply in front of the hotel within the compound. On-street parking directly in front of the hotel is only chargeable from 9am to 5pm anyway, so you could park free of charge overnight. There’s no air conditioning or fridge in the room, and noise travels easily — we could hear children two rooms down quite clearly. At checkout, another guest in front of us mentioned how different the hotel looked compared to the bright, modern photos on Hotels.com. The actual building and rooms felt grey and gloomy — we couldn’t agree more. Overall, this stay didn’t live up to expectations and I wouldn’t return.
