Charge for the parking because it’s expensive and the heater was broken we booked 2 rooms and in both no heating reported to the staff so take for them nearly 2 hours to solve the problem instead of change the rooms we get some dusted small radiator was very cold at the night to sleep specially we was with the children badly disappointed

EV charging too expensive - more than high speed superchargers (especially as it could only be paid as blacks and not by hour) Breakfast was good but several dishes ran out frequently and the team were not able to keep up - made it impractical to complete the breakfast in one go

Clean hotel. Good location. Friendly staff. Reasonable price if no parking needed.

Lots of food and drink not available. Wish we'd have just gone out for food. TV not working properly but no one could help until the morning which was no use. Hope they go around and check them all out (new WiFi router). Also parking not included so check out charges before booking

Lovely

Lovely and clean with spacious room. Bar service was nice and staff friendly. Very short walk to bars and restaurants making it a lovely evening.

Although a 50% discount for disabled badge holders.. £15 for 24hr parking in hotel is not great, do believe parking should be included for guests. Smoking area is a spot outside the entrance, yet the patio area away from people walking in was no Smoking. Despite an email before arrival saying Internet now working, didn't work at all and was advised awaiting engineers again.

As always our stay was faultless. Hotel warm, clean and comfortable. The staff were all wonderful, couldn't fault them at all. The breakfast was lovely and plenty of it. Thanks again for a great stay!

We use the hotel as family live next door,will look for some where else

This visit breakfast was ok

The evening before we had to wait an hour for the meal .I ordered Gammon,egg,chips & peas,when it did arrive the plate was covered with chips with the gammon on top & 2 eggs on top NO peas.My husband had Chicken burger with chips (WARM) & salad.Not worth the money.Also to pay £15:50 to park the car is astronomical.

The bedroom only had an air conditioning/heater in the bedroom. It was noisy and not a good way of heating a bedroom. As it was noisy obviously could not have it on overnight so the room was cold.

Hotel up to usual IHG standard but ambushed at check-in with charge for overnight parking.

Room was spacious and breakfast selection was good.

Finding out at the property it was going to cost £15.50 for overnight parking - that's 20% on top of the room cost. I'm an IHG member, use HI and HI Express regularly with free parking everywhere else. The parking charge brought the cost to more than competitors - so I won't use HI Bournemouth again.

Stopover for a concert

Location was ideal, much quieter then I thought it would be. Parking was good. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

There was a slight problem with the bathroom as there was no extractor fan the bathroom got very steamed up and took a while to clear. Also when we first went into the bathroom there was a slight smell, like stale water. Also the air conditioning in the room wasn't working.

Kitchen closed when I arrived Snacks were sold out No WiFi Car chargers were almost embarrassingly low speed and the most expensive I've ever come across. Plus they were time limited but that wasn't made clear, overnight doesn't actually mean overnight it means 10hrs

Was surprised at the quality of the room

The room was very clean and in good order

The evening staff did not greet us on arrival, very much going through the motions, there was no WiFi due to a flood, it had been off all week and there was no alternative was offered and I was surprised after 5 days no attempt had been made to rectify the situation

Very enjoyable overall

Staff as always were fantastic. Breakfast as usual was excellent with a full range of hot and cold items. Finally the lifts appear to be fixed which has been a problem on and off for the last three years. Rooms need some TLC but over all a great place to stay.

Lifts have been a constant problem over the years with usually one of the two not working. They appear to have got both lifts working this week.
