karen went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed a very lovley lady our room was lovley very clean a lot of choice for breakfast she uts a lot of effort into southbourne villa would definatley go again

Breakfast was excellent and Karen's homemade strawberry jam and whiskey marmalade were lovely.
Everything was within easy walking distance.
Karen was friendly and very helpful, nothing too much trouble.
Nothing to not like.

Lovely, location great lovely lady that runs it , wish we had stopped again last week but couldn’t get two rooms , highly recommend, breakfast was amazing too.
