Perfect little getaway !!

Liked it all. Close enough to walk to the seafront and town. Lovely place kept really clean with a very welcoming host. Great breakfast both mornings. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Great relaxing break in a very friendly B&B with fab food!

Lovely B&B with parking & in a central position. Karen was very welcoming & friendly. Breakfast was brilliant, for both myself & my partner who is vegetarian. Our room was lovely with a four poster bed, everything was very clean & comfortable. Karen was particularly kind by making my breakfast later than normal timings so I could do a Park run - thank you. We had a super couple of days despite the rain & hope to return.

Karen was a caring and attentive hostess, and our stay was a genuinely top rated Value For Money.

The location was what we wanted, and the breakfast was tremendous, with every option of fruit, cereal, cold and hot traditional and continental.

A highly recommended, peaceful and relaxing stay

Karen is a very attentive host, nothing is too much trouble. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean and functional and the building itself is beautiful. The breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. Situated on a very quiet street affording a peaceful rest. Thank you for the most amazing stay, we will definitely be returning soon We would highly recommend

Very clean and quiet environment. Free parking onsite. Walkable distance to seafront and restaurants Karen looked after us well, very attentive, going far and beyond to get us comfortable.

A brilliant place to stay!

Karen went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Upon hearing that it was my wife's birthday she gave her a box of chocolates and brought us a pot of tea! The location is very good, we walked into town quite easily. This B&B is great value for money The breakfast was bountiful and delicious, I particularly enjoyed the homemade vegetarian Glamorgan sausage. Can't recommend this place highly enough and we will be definitely returning when we are next in the area.

Great host. Very comfortable room, bed was excellent! Breakfast superb - everything from full fried westcountry breakfast to a cereal selection that puts Kellogg's to shame. Karen is a great host 👍

We were very happy during our short stay and would love to return some time.

The location was perfect for our needs. Karen was very welcoming and helpful . The breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious. The lounge looked comfortable and inviting with a dart board and a small pool table though we weren't there long enough to use it. Our room had everything we could need including Hairdryer, room safe, Iron and ironing board, also fresh milk in a fridge.

The towels had seen better days but it didn't spoil our lovely stay

Very friendly welcome and amazing breakfast. Stop over on way to Plymouth and Spain ferry. Lovely warm welcome. We had takeaway in the shared lounge and also played pool and darts! Great evening. Will definitely return

WHAT A FIND! PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

What a find! If we could score 11/10 we would. A really lovely place to stay. We were made to feel so welcome by Karen and our room was huge with everything we needed. Things like being able to dry my hair in front of a mirror with a seat and a plug nearby - lots of plugs by the bed - fresh milk and a fridge in the room - things most B&Bs lack. We asked to sit outside and that was sorted out and a tray of tea and biscuits provided too. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and there was a huge choice from continental to a full cooked breakfast. The only bad thing was that we were only there for one night. The BEST B&B we have ever stayed in! Thank you!

If you’re looking for a lovely place to stay which is great value for money then look no further!

We felt at home and welcome the minute we came through the door. Karen is a wonderful host and a lovely person who throws her heart and soul into making sure you have everything you want. Breakfast was exceptional and provides so much choice. A beautifully cooked full English set us up for the day! The room was lovely and cosy and we slept really well. Location is good and feels very safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else if we’re ever in the area again. Thanks so much Karen, it was a pleasure to meet you!

It was immaculate & the whole villa was decorated beautifully, It was a lovely place to stay. Karen was lovely & friendly. The breakfast was delicious. There is a lounge to chill in, or to play various games provided. Quiet location but walkable distance to the town/ beach

The bed was too firm for us, but we still slept well. You can't please everyone with a bed though, so that was minor.

An excellent B&B with good facilities.

Karen was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facillities . There was even a fridge with fresh milk for our tea. We were offered a choice of times for breakfast which was freshly cooked and well presented. There was an excellent choice of cereals and fruit and we were offered refills of tea, coffee and toast. There was easily accessible off road parking.

The fridge in the bedroom was a little noisy.

The attention to detail was second to none. Such a cosy feel, despite the sense of pure pampering. An excellent place to indulge in a touch of opulence. Highly recommend for solo travellers like myself. Karen is an exceptional hostess who will make sure you are not left wanting for anything!
