The terrace on the first floor offers beautiful views of the valley.
The city center of Zell am See can be reached in 5 minutes by car or in about 20 minutes on foot.
Ski lifts are 15 minutes away by car.
Our house is right on the IronMan track and is
also ideal for athletes and spectators.

Overall our stay was fine: + Great garden with good facilities for kids, dining etc. + Quiet location and close to the lake. + Nice tv/game room for kids. + Instructions for things to do in the area. There were a few attentions points though: x We were surprised by the fact that we had to pay the tourist fee by cash. As far as we know this was not stated in the email instructions and with most accommodations this is already paid upfront. Only in the written instructions available at the accommodation this was stated so. x Owner only spoke German and not English (as stated). It worked out ok, but I was the only one who speaks German. If I was away this was a problem. x Photos of the accommodation were quite old. Things look quite different now. x The accommodation was clean(-ish), but we've seen a lot better. A lot of dust etc. was present. Therefore we vacuum cleaned the house twice a day, to keep it acceptable. x Only 1 dishwasher present. For 10-15 people you have to run it like 2 or 3 times a day. Also not suitable for big pans / bowls etc. x We were unannounced visited by family of the new owners. Probably the accommodation has been sold? This family did not ask for out permission to take a look at the accommodation, but did so otherwise. This was very strange. Besides this family a LOT of people came have a quick look at the house. This felt quite odd: as you are being watched. This affected our privacy.

Tolle Küchenausstattung, toller Garten, kurzer Fußweg zum See, einziger Mangel: die zwei Zimmer unter dem Dach sind für ältere Personen schwer zugänglich. Meine Empfehlung: 12 Erwachsene 4 Kinder passt perfekt! Sehr nette Gastgeberin!

Wir waren 15 Personen und hatten immer überall genug Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Haus mit dem Invetar sehr sauber und schön. Der Garten ist wunderbar groß, die Betten sehr bequem und das Haus ist gleich in der Nähe des Sees. Die Vermieter*Innen waren sehr freundlich! Wir waren sehr zufrieden bei unserem Aufenthalt.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house. There were 6 adults and 6 children and the house provided all facilities. It was clean, warm, spacious. Our host Martina was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.
