Great place and location

Really nice layout for our group family of 4 and a couple.

Fantastic place, very central, extremely well kept. Would definitely recommend.

It’s directly across from the City Express gondola. It was extremely clean and cosy. Had everything you could need in it. The hairdryer was decent.

Two very small things. Bottles in shower aren’t labelled so we didn’t know which was shampoo or shower gel. And some conditioner would be great. Secondly, there were two tiny steps in the apartment (bathroom and kitchen) which weren’t marked or easy to see so we kept tripping over them. We came home with more injuries from them than from skiing!

Great location

The location is 20 meters from a ski lift and rental shop. The apartment size was nice. Host was great. Toaster broke while using and was replaced by the time we were back in the evening.

Very pleasant stay

Excellent location. Nice and clean place. A little of see view makes it even better. Very friendly and uncomplicated host. The place is right next to the lift. I forgot my notebook charger in the room and host send it to my home address. Will come again!

Would have been good to have some fans in the property as it got very hot. Kitchen area very small. One bed in the lounge, hadn't realised this on booking so only had kitchen area in the evenings when children asleep.

Appt #4: no lift so you walk up 4 flights of stairs no bath towels are provided the window in appt4 for the twin room doesn't open so very uncomfortable in the summer heat. owners of apartments more interested in their adjoining clothes shop than the needs of renters of their apartments.

Perfectly located appartment suitable for family with small children. Perfect skiing holiday place.

The property is perfectly located 30m from ski lift in the city. There are parking spots on the property itself. Grocery shops and restaurants are located within 2 min of walk. These are really good equipped apartments suitable for one weeks stay. Ski equipment storage room is located in ground level-easily accessible from outside. The building is recently renovated. Owners are very friendly and were ready to take care of our every request. Kitchen is equipped with induction cook top and microwave/grill oven. Decent size refrigerator is also provided. In every room was smart TV set installed. It was warm enough and we had no problem with hot water. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. We are family with 2 small children ( 5 and 2 y.o.)and my wife's parents were with us. There was enough room for all of us. I have read other reviews and brought our own towels and toiletries.I find it OK since this property is actually apartment and not a hotel. We are looking forward to coming again next year.

Great place at a great location

Great location, next to the ski lift and very close to town. Parking space was included, and everything was walking distance. Also the sauna was nice and the staff was very kind. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Small downside: No elevator to get to the apartments on the third floor.

Spacious, roomy and convenient stay in Zell am See

Excellent location - directly across from city express gondola, a newly renovated apartment (app 6) which provided plenty of space and comfort after a day skiing. A few mins walk to restaurants, supermarkets and the like. Buses also a short walk to other parts of the area like Kaprun.

Fantastic location, right by the city express ski lift. Clean and comfortable.

We had a top floor apartment so a fair few stairs but the exercise was good for us. The kitchen was fairly basic with just 2 hobs and a microwave, no oven.

The apartment is close to the center of Zell am See and in a very quiet and secure area, where there is a key to the outer door of all apartments and another one for the apartment itself, and there is no disturbance in its surroundings.. The views from the rooms are all very good, although it is flawed by their proximity to the neighboring housing.. The receptionist is polite and helpful and gives you a transportation card only for inside Zell am See and its surroundings. The kitchen utensils are almost sufficient and the cleanliness is very good, except for the carpet, which needs to be renewed because it is old.. Zell am See is a wonderful town and there are many areas next to it that can be visited, with good restaurants, a wonderful lake, a railway station, and a good supermarket (Bella). I thank the apartment owners for their cooperation in changing the booking dates twice due to the obstacles caused by Corona disease and the impact of the pandemic on the European Union visas.Value for money is acceptable.

The dialect in which the instructions board was written inside the apartment is somewhat harsh and has suggestions of rejecting the civilizations of others.. What bothered me was that I found the instructions in Arabic different from those written in English and harsher, which indicates that it was directed especially to Arabic speakers, including - for example - a mention of the request for women to wear Patterned and colorful clothes??!!! . The internet is very weak, especially inside the rooms, and the TV screen is old-fashioned, not smart, and all the channels are in German only, which makes your evenings after returning to the apartment boring.. The furniture in the apartment needs renovation.. But as a whole, I am happy with my time in Zell am See and in Vienna as a whole because the country It is wonderful, its scenery is fascinating, and its civilization is impressive

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf!

De locatie was ideaal. De lift en de verhuur tegenover, de ski bus voor het appartement en het centrum was ook dichtbij. We hebben de auto niet nodig gehad. Het appartement is eenvoudig. De slaapkamers zijn ruim, je kan je spullen goed kwijt. De keuken is voorzien van een goede oven en vaatwasser. Alle nodige servies en kookgerei is aanwezig. Ook hebben we gebruik gemaakt van de sauna. De ski kelder is ruim, je hoeft geen lockers te huren. De eigenaren zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam. Ze spreken ook Engels.

De handdoek wissel zou wat beter mogen. Er was 1 handdoek pp voor de hele week. Wij hadden extra handdoeken meegenomen.

Heel vriendelijke gastheer. Het appartement was heel proper en alles wat we nodig hadden, was aanwezig (ook de compacte keuken).
