Central Zell with shops nearby but a bit noisy

Good space, two loos, comfortable beds, nice table to sit around. Good bathroom with lovely jacuzzi bath. Modern equipment, solid walls for good soundproofing between rooms. Nice and warm!

Noisy outside from very early due to being right next to the bus station. Limited cooking utensils,

Superb 3 bed apartment in the perfect location.

Very roomy, well fitted out apartment in the perfect location. We could not believe the quality and size of this as a ski resort rental. Very close to the bus stops and ski lift. Perfect.

The curtains could have been better at blocking out the light from the bus station, which is lit all night.

Beautiful town to visit, and the location was fantastic for both town and skiing

The property was in a fantastic location for ski lift and town centre. It was also very clean, tidy on arrival.

If I was being very picky, they did not provide enough dishwasher tablets, and it would be nice to have some coffee pods available on arrival.

Staff is very polite. The door handle is broken when we are arrived. Reception girl immediately solved it. The next day problem is solved.

It is very noisy. Only one wc and bath for big apartment. We are 8 people and is very uncomfortable to use one bathroom for whole family The rooms are very narrow

Really amazing

The apartment view is awesome, the balacony view is amazing surrounded by green views and mountains. The appartment is having all essential equipments like iron, iron table, plates washing machine, all kitchen equipments like pots forks and spoons ... etc. The apartment also have a nice sauna room. The apartment is comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. It takes just few minutes to reach Elizabeth lake. Honestly speeking it looks amazing in reality and better than how it looks like in photos. The lady in the reception Ms. Nikoleta is freindly and helpful person, she helped us alot by giving details of the areas where can we visit and what will suit us as a family, and she was available always on WhatsApp which makes the communication very easy.

I preferred if it had a washing machine, there is no washing machine in the apartment. In addition, the apartment also doesn't include AC, however the weather in beginning of July was good and no need for AC in my opinion. The toilet is separated, one toilet for bidet and sink and the other toilet for shower, sinks, and sauna room, hence the the travelling shattaf should be with you.

A cosy appartement close to everything in Zell am See

Lovely appartement at 2 steps from the centre, nicely decorated and with all you need in the rooms and kitchen. There is a Nespresso coffee machine (so bring the oval-long caps with you). We had the duplex with sauna - a very good choice:)….it is enough space for 2 adults. The location is at 3-5 minutes from the first gondola so a very fast access to the slopes. there is a ski room and elevator in the building. There are a Spar and a Billa shops nearby (3-5 minutes walking). We would definitely come back if we will come back to Zell am See.

nothing to not like. maybe too noisy in the early mornings as it is situated in the main street so you hear the snow cleaning machines (though this is a good sign for drivers) but it was not too disturbing for us 😉.

Street noise is very strong, light sleepers will have problems. In our room simple ketle was missing, microwave under sink, power sockets located only God knows where. Overall not bad.

Enjoyable stay with easy access.

Large apartment with great bathroom and shower. Beds comfortable. Very warm welcome at the office which is 200m up the road not at the apartment block.

Location is mixed in that it is great for access to Zell am See but it is also on a bit of a noisy junction once the traffic starts at 7am. I think it would depend which apartment you have. We also heard a few noisy party goers in the middle of the night. We also had issue with people going outside to smoke below our window, which meant we had to shut the windows.

Very nice apartment in top location!

Very nice apartment in a great location: bus station around the corner, and only 5 minutes walk to the lake. Also close to the city express that takes you up the mountain. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 10 nights and didn't get any fresh towels or linen during our stay. To be fair, we didn't ask for it either since it wasn't necessary.

Amazingly located and affordable luxury apartment

amazing location. Very close to the center, lift and bus to Kaprun. everything is available around the property. The property itself is clean and luxurious with a private sauna, great coffee machine, dishwasher and even a Chromecast plugged in the tv. Great staff as well, very helpful

They could offer a bit more service in terms of providing clean towels more often. we only got 1 set for the entire week. So bring your own.

Apartment is located in the center of the Zell am See, 100 m to lift CityExpress. Private sauna in the bathroom was really great .

Windows are not properly sound-insulated. We have been disturbed 3x by the outside noise, coming from front loader cleaning the streets from the snow at 6 o'clock morning. The night before our departure we have been waken up at 10 o'clock in the evening by the member of the cleaning team,, with the question connected to our departure time. We had to pay extra for the bed sheets, that we were sure is included in the final price provided by Booking.com
