About this apartment rental

Comfortable Apartment. City center, balcony. 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. 85sqm. 1 - 8 person. Spend unforgettable days in Zell am See in our Living Eden - TOP 14 and reserve directly with the owner at the best price.Our family apartment is divided in three sleeping rooms and one living room. We accommodate up to 8 guests in our 85m² apartment. The highlight: central location directly in the downtown, parking area and a huge balcony which gives you a marvellous view of the surrounding mountain scenery. Within walking distance: City Express ski station (400m), the lake (200m), a supermarket (100m), train and bus station (150m). The golf course (4km) and the next airport (75km) can be easily reached by car or public transport. The accommodation is equipped with an elevator, an iron/board, WIFI, hair dryer, central heating, fan and a TV.Moreover the apartment is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. It comes with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and a water boiler.

This is our second year in Zell am See and in this apartment. The apartment is spacious with plenty of room for the 5 of us. We were very pleased to see the newly fitted kitchen. The large balcony is a particular bonus and a lovely place to eat breakfast. The location in the centre of town was perfect - everywhere including the station/bus/lake/supermarket a short walk away. It would be a good idea to fit a shower screen to the bath as this would make the shower in the bathroom easier to use. The extractor fan in the shower room did not always come on
