Luxury interior and spacious room division on 95m² gives space for up to 7 guests. Two separate sleeping rooms and a spacious living room with wooden beams and high ceiling create a cosy atmosphere. The highlight: Our guests enjoy a private terrace with direct lake and mountain view. At the front we have the promenade of Lake Zell including the docks of the MS Schmitten. At the back we have the historic old town of Zell am See with various shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are only a few steps away. The golf course (4km) and the airport Salzburg (75km) can be easily reached by car or public transport. The open kitchen with dishwasher provides our guests with everything they need, whether you plan an extended brunch or a lovely dinner. Fridge-freezer, oven, dish washer, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle are part of our amenities. Whether on snowy winter days or sunny summer trips the central heating and floor cooling guarantee for the right room temperature. We take care of the small things and provide our guests with iron, hair dryer, washing mashing and tumble dryer in the bottom of the house. Of course we offer WIFI and parking in front of the house.

The lake views are amazing. There was a Christmas market across the street and one in the village which was an easy walk - less than 5 minutes. The access to restaurants and downtown was awesome. Multiple grocery stores are within walking distance also. The access to skiing was a little farther. If you don’t have a car and need access to the train station, this is fabulous. If you are a light sleeper, the train noise might be a problem. We used “white noise” and slept fine. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The communication was great and owners responded immediately to a concern and helped us immensely. Check-in and check-out was easy and all online. There is only one bathroom - the shower and sink in one room - and the w/c and another sink in another room. The deck overlooking the lake was amazing. The kitchen had what we needed and we enjoyed our stay in this peaceful town.

sehr schöne Aussicht, tolle große Wohnung mit schöner Aufteilung und viel Stauraum, besonders die Küche hat genug Schränke und sehr hochwertige Töpfe und Elektrogeräte. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, alles ist neu und hochwertig. Schön war es, dass Salz und Pfeffer, Backpapier sowie Spülmittel und Seife/Duschgel da sind. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es ist zu viel wenig Geschirr und Besteck da, Topflappen und Pfannenwender wären toll, Dachfenster lassen sich nicht verdunkeln, Fernbedienung der Fenster ging nicht, der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist zu gering, Fenster im Schlafraum muss man geschlossen halten, weil die Bahn nachts zu laut ist, da wäre eine Lüftungsanlage gut. Auf dem Balkon wäre es optimal, wenn man die Verglasung weiter öffnen könnte. Große Tassen , Teekanne, Kochlöffel haben gefehlt.
