Fantastic value for money !

Good location, quiet, relatively close to AreitExpress, Billa is also close by. Easy with the checkin / checkout and information was provided in good time before arrival. Clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. It was our second stay here and when we come back to Zell Am See, this is where we will stay again 100%.

Kitchen ware could use a bit of an upgrade one of the pans was worn out, the rest is quite alright. Parking can be a challenge if all rooms are booked. The first night we parked in the middle of the aisle blocking 1-2 cars, but it was never an issue!

Comfortable, perfect for family needs.

Easy access, easy parking, spacious, clean, great kitchen and sitting area, looks better in real life than pictures.

We didn’t realise one of the rooms was a completely separate entrance, like a separate hotel room. Didn’t bother us but if we needed to put the little kids there they might have been scared to be alone and would need to go out to the main corridor in order to get into our apartment.

Great location and size

Very nice room with a wonderful balcony. An easy 7 minute walk to the lokalbahn into Zell am See. My children loved the playground and grassy space in the back. The kitchen was perfect sized for cooking dinner, and very well stocked with pots and pans. We loved the quiet location and would happily return! It came with the Summer card and we took full advantage of the perks!

It was good.

Everything was perfect except the below issues.

We faced a Wi-Fi disconnection for almost 3 days out of 7 during our stay . It’s really hot in summer during day hours, neither Air-conditioning unites nor simple fans are available to make the stay comfortable. Also, there is a smell of Sewage from time to time. Other than the above, the apartment was perfect for my family.

Nice small cozy apartment at a reasonable price

Nice apartment, comfortable bed, sauna, ski room. The price is good compared to others

The apartments are quite compact. There is no oil, spices in the kitchen, sometimes it remains in the kitchen and there is no need to buy a whole bottle of oil for 5 days. There was no shampoo at all, not even hand soap.

Very nice apartment to stay, got a bottle of wine as a present. Good playgrounds for kids around

No soap, shampoo. We had an apartment to the road, was a bit noisy. The skibus only runs on a high season and twice a day. Otherwise 15 min walk to the lift.

Nice apartment, sauna available in basement and easy to use. Parking just outside the building. Close to a cafe, Untes, which was perfect for breakfast. Recommend staying at App. Artz ☺️

Fantastic apartment to use as a homely base for skiing in the area

Apartment was beautiful and well kitted out. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The shower was particularly nice as it had great water pressure, which is just what is needed for a hot shower after a hard days ski. The ski room was a very pleasant and welcome surprise, especially with the heated rails to put your boots on. Great parking and very accommodating hosts, first rate!

Very minor point, but there was no ice tray or hand-soap, other than that, everything else was well equipped.

Great vacation in amazing guesthouse!

Nice interior, exceptionally clean, views from balcony, good location - walking distance to the beach and public transport. Sauna, table tennis for guests for free. A welcome bottle of wine was a nice surprise. Summer card with many discounts included, which guarantees perfect vacation around Zell am See.

There was a sewage smell in the toilet time to time, other than that - everything perfect.

the apartments are fully consistent with the description. It was clean and comfortable. It takes a little walk to the lift, but this is not a problem, as ski equipment can be stored at the lift for free.

Not what I expected

Clean. Wel equipped. Towel could be replaced upon request. Parking on site. WiFi.

I have stayed in quite a few different appartmens in Austria and what I like about them is that you are staying in an appartment in a building where the owner also lives so there is always someone there and you can get fresh bread in the morning and you know guests will keep their voice down after bed time. Not here. The ad suggests that you stay in the house of a family but they rent out the entire building and there is only someone on site a few hours a day. Walls are thin and you can hear neighbors talking loudly until way past midnight. Fresh bread can be delivered but with a minimum of €8 euros. Considering a single kaiserbrotchen costs €0,15 you have to order a lot more than you can eat or other stuff you don’t want. It is an impersonal place to stay without real social control. Fine if you are looking for that but too noisy for me

kann man buchen, aber für die Lage und Ausstattung recht teuer

Die Schlafzimmer waren entsprechend groß genug. Lage zum Einkaufen gut. Parkplätze vor dem Haus vorhanden. Gute Mühlsortieranlage.

Küchenausstattung war nicht mehr komplett. Der Wohnraum (Küche/ Wohnzimmer) ziemlich klein. Sofasitzmöglichkeiten höchstens für drei Personen. Lage zum Zell am See recht weit, ca. 45 min. Fußweg. Badezimmer sehr klein. Im WC hat manchmal ziemlich stark gemuffelt. Luftabzugsventilatoren sehr laut. Das Haus grundsätzlich schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Zeer goed en vor herhaling vatbaar

Mooi ruim appartement, modern ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken, zoals keukengerei, afwasmiddel en vaatwasblokjes. Tevens ruim assortiment servies aanwezig. De sleutel wordt in een sleutelkastje bij de deur voorzien van code gehangen. Heel handig systeem

Wij hadden erg luidruchtige medebewoners, het is wel gehorig.

Eine Woche Zell am See, die Umgebung erkundet, alles sehr schön.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist angenehm groß. Das Haus wird regelmäßig gesäubert. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte und Schläger. Netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber/der Gastgeberin, jedoch auch unregelmäßig. Im Keller sind zwei Waschmaschinen und ein Trockner vorhanden, welche man gegen Gebühr benutzen kann. Zell am See ist sehr schnuckelig.

Im Flur könnte die Deckenleuchte etwas heller sein. Im kleinen Bad/Toilette roch es seltsam, trotz Lüftungsanlage verschwand der Geruch nicht. Auf Email und Anruf hin, sollte jemand kommen und sich das anschauen, es kam jedoch niemand. Email Anfragen werden nicht immer zeitnah oder gar nicht beantwortet. Zell am See Zentrum ist ca. 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, je nachdem wie schnell man geht. Zell am See ist völlig überlastet mit Autoverkehr. Aber das ist ja in touristischen Gegenden oft so.
