About this apartment rental

Superior Apartment. Balcony, sauna. 3 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms. 90sqm. 1 - 8 person. Experience your dream vacation in Zell am See in our Premium Apartments Areit - Balcony and benefit from the best price directly with the owner.The Premium Balcony Apartment impresses with a central location and an excellent mountain views. As you walk into this very bright flat, you will immediately feel the warm atmosphere. The interior is furnished in a modern, alpine style. The spacious living area is equipped with a lounge that offers enough seating area for the whole group. The dining area is located right next to it: There we placed a vast dining table, a bench and plenty of chairs, so all the guests can find themselves a seat.The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need: a refrigerator, oven, induction cooker, dishwasher and much more. Cook and bake as much, as long your beloved are hungry. You will find 3 bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe and desk on that floor. The best thing: All bedrooms are connected to the balcony, where you will enjoy the most beautiful view on the surrounding mountain scenery. In the Balcony Apartment we installed 3 bathrooms with showers and also one more extra toilet. On top of that, we placed a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the basement of the house.The parking is included in the price and located in the back of the house. There is a little seating area just in front of the parking, which belongs to the bakery. It is a café in the same building. There you can enjoy your afternoon tea or coffee.

Located in a quite area, near skilift Arietsbahn (5 min by foot), very near Train station to Zell am See (center & sea takes a 5 min ride), near big super market (Billa Plus, 5 min by foot). Great beds and bedrooms. Kitchen, livingroom and ski storge are OK (good). Parking at appartment was perfect. Had some issues with payment, all sorted by friendly staff speaking good English.
