Clean and excellent staff

It was a little dated, food wasn’t that great and no lounge area to relax with a drink.

We arrived late and in the rain but were so pleased with the size of the appartment and the location right in the centre of Zell am See. The kitchen even had a dishwasher and basics such as washing up liquid, tabs, tea towel were provided. There was enough space to unfold the clothes horse to dry our wet stuff in the hall of the appartement. Breakfast was in the beautiful set up of the hotel & was varied and plentiful. We also enjoyed using the chess game in reception. Staff really helpful with recommendations.

Noise and cigarette smell from the street (not much the hotel could do about that)

The location was good, the size of the apartment was good, the reception staff were nice and friendly. However there were many things I did not like about this place which I will share below.

Overall, our stay was disappointing, and we did not feel that the property offered good value for the price. The biggest issue was that there is no air conditioning, which made the apartment very uncomfortable during the summer. There is also no elevator, and we were assigned an apartment on the second floor. We received no assistance with carrying our luggage upstairs, which was especially inconvenient. Another downside was the lack of housekeeping during our stay. The apartment also did not provide basic cleaning equipment, such as a floor brush or broom, making it difficult to keep the apartment clean. What we found most frustrating was the mandatory charge for the Summer Cards. The hotel required every guest to purchase them for the entire stay at €10 per person per day. Not all guests plan to use cable cars or mountain attractions, so it doesn’t seem fair to make this a compulsory charge. Guests should have the option to decide whether they want to purchase the Summer Card based on their own plans. Overall, considering the price we paid, we expected better facilities, more flexibility, and a higher level of service. للأسف، لم تكن تجربتنا في هذا الفندق بالمستوى الذي توقعناه، ونرى أن القيمة مقابل السعر لا تتناسب مع ما يتم تقديمه. أولاً، لا يوجد تكييف هواء، وهو أمر أساسي خاصة في فصل الصيف، مما جعل الإقامة غير مريحة. كذلك لا يوجد مصعد، وقد تم تخصيص شقة لنا في الطابق الثاني دون أي مساعدة أو خدمة لنقل الأمتعة، وهو أمر مرهق خصوصًا للعائلات أو من لديهم حقائب كثيرة. كما أنه لا توجد خدمة تنظيف أثناء الإقامة، ولا حتى أدوات تنظيف أساسية مثل المكنسة أو ممسحة الأرضية، مما يجعل الحفاظ على نظافة الشقة أمرًا صعبًا. أكثر ما أزعجنا هو إلزام جميع النزلاء بشراء بطاقة الصيف (Summer Card) مقابل 10 يورو للشخص عن كل يوم من مدة الإقامة. ليس جميع الضيوف يرغبون في استخدام التلفريك أو زيارة المناطق الجبلية، لذلك من غير المنطقي إلزام الجميع بدفع هذه الرسوم طوال فترة الإقامة. كان من الأفضل ترك الخيار للنزيل ليقرر ما إذا كان يحتاج إلى البطاقة أم لا.
