It was good but it wasnt great.

Clean and excellent staff

It was a little dated, food wasn’t that great and no lounge area to relax with a drink.

Noise, loud music, thin walls.

Good location, friendly workers.

The noise. The hotel is located nearby the bar, that is working late hours with very loud music. The room itself had a paper thin walls, you can literally hear neighbours doing everything, whether they are eating or watching TikTok, or going to the bathroom. There were two doors in our room,connecting it with other rooms, thankfully the doors were closed, however it only made it easier to hear other people. Earplugs are needed in order to get at least some sleep.

Our favourite interrail stopover

We arrived late and in the rain but were so pleased with the size of the appartment and the location right in the centre of Zell am See. The kitchen even had a dishwasher and basics such as washing up liquid, tabs, tea towel were provided. There was enough space to unfold the clothes horse to dry our wet stuff in the hall of the appartement. Breakfast was in the beautiful set up of the hotel & was varied and plentiful. We also enjoyed using the chess game in reception. Staff really helpful with recommendations.

Good location but Excessive Pet Charges and Lack of Information at Check-In

The location

I was surprised to see a €30 charge for “dog cleaning” on my bill, especially considering I had already paid €20 per night for my dog’s stay. That means I was charged a total of €70 for two nights, which is unusually high compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at both in Austria and abroad. Typically, the nightly pet fee is meant to cover any additional cleaning for a small dog, and I’ve never encountered a separate cleaning fee on top of that. Additionally, we were not informed about the City Summer Card upon check-in. The staff member did not ask us if we wanted it, and we only learned about it from other guests the next day. As a result, we had to wait until 2 p.m. on the second day to receive it since no one was by the front desk as such we had already missed out on many of the benefits.

Unexpected unpleasant schemes with payments! And not only in our case due to the comments

Extra 80€ never mentioned payment for the summer cards , which we never got or knew about. But we had to !!! pay for them. I learnt about their existence only by check out when I started to check all the information on the official site of the hotel. Yes, there’s info on the site that says about the existence of those cards but NOWHERE any info that you will have to pay for the card 10€ per day per person. And you don’t have an option to take that card or not. I wasn‘t informed anyhow about theirs cards by the reception as well, and never got those cards , so money for the air I paid! So the policy of the hotel is not for the favor of the guests! And the last but not the least, I asked about the 2 separated sleeping places beforehand and the staff promised more to organize that, and got one double bed as a result. At 23.00 when we came to the hotel this problem could not be solved. So one night on the sofa without a sheet- “good and careful” attention to the guests.

Amazing location & excellent staff

The staff were amazing, very friendly and accomodating. They were very helpful with allowing us to store our baggage after check out, and the ski storage room with boot warmers was great. The location was amazing- very close to the main bus stop, train station, lake and lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and clean with lots of storage. It was great to have a kitchenette including dishwasher.

It was a bit loud at night due to the nearby bars, although this would be expected given the great location.

Extra payment for parking. The location of the appartement in the city center and next to the apres ski bars, it was too noisy till midnight, we could not sleep. The appartment has got pure lighting - not possible to write or read in the room.

We travelled in Cella Central off season so unfortunately there was no breakfast available. We had an apartment which was very spacious and very clean. In the building was also a beautiful spa, small but has everything you need!

Downstairs from the apartments is a bar that plays VERY loud music everyday until 2-3 am. They even have microphones so its not only the music but the microphone screaming as well. very uncomfortable

I like the kitchen with equiped tools, main bed Room is a comfortable.

Secondary bed Room was not comfortable, due to, sheet spreeded on sofa. Lights which lift/right main bed Room were not safety, it burnt my son finger. Make sure switch it off, not keeping glowing for long Time.

Fantastic location right in heart of the city. Very sweet staff. They also keep juices and cakes on arrival which is a great gesture. Apartment has everything you need. Parking is available near the apartment in Rathaus public parking costs 15 euros per day.

Must have provision for AC in bedroom for summers.

Very good location. In spaa was nice to realx after skiing. Apres ski was in front of same building. Nice surprise was welcome prosecco in check in🥂

At 22-00 pm was noisy, becose of the bar downstairs, but the music was great😂
