Pleasant apartment with a great location

Very good location and the apartment is well equipped. The summercard is a big plus, saves a lot of money.

There is a bit too much stuff in the apartment, which makes it a bit cramped. Some details could be improved (bathroom lighting, exchanged temperature indicators on the taps...).

An excellent option for a stay in the centre in Zell am See

Extremely well located - on one of the main shopping streets. Very spacious, warm and comfortable, light and airy. easy to access too, with a lift and front and rear entrances. Just 5 mins walk to the City Express ski lift, where you can rent a heated ski locker for convenience too.

Bedroom got a bit warm at night and occasionally cooking smells came through door from an adjacent apartment, but these were minor issues.

Great location with good potential

Great location in the city center and very close to ski lifts. Very friendly staff at We rent that answers quickly and are eager to help. Easy check in//check out and great service.

This apartment has no door to the showerroom so we had to put up a curtain for privacy. Also there's no sofa in this apartment sp there's nowhere to socialize. The dining table takes up the whole dining room/bedroom which makes it very tight and non-functional. If you would replace one bed with a sofa bed, put a much smaller dining table and change the small tv for a bigger SMART-tv so guests can connect their devices, this would be a great apartment.

Very good

This hotel has a very good location, close to restaurants and pubs, yet at such a distance that no noise reached the apartment. The service was very nice and in Constance contact via WhatsApp. Close to the slopes.

Even though we got the video with the instruction wasn’t clear how exactly to find the parking. Also it’s impossible to open the parking gate alone - you need another person who will be outside the car to open the gate with the parking chip.

Good central location but basic accommodation with very poor parking access

The apartment was right in the centre of Zell am See and only a few minutes walk from the lake, the shops and the restaurants.

The office had closed early on the day we arrived so we collected the key from the box at the office but there was no map or instructions as to how to find the apartment or where to park which was extremely disappointing after a long day's travelling (and during the rush hour/traffic jams). The access to the car park was far from straightforward with a very difficult angle to turn into from the busy road and would have been impossible if travelling on your own as you needed to use a fob to drop the barrier which started to go back up too quickly to allow you to get back in the drivers seat. We also had several delays stuck waiting for deliveries at the conference centre as they drivers refused to move so we could not exit the car park. Additionally, the lounge was crammed with additional beds but this was not conducive to being able to relax after a busy day so was very uncomfortable (and would have hated to have been stuck in that space with more than 2 people!). The tiny towels were also not changed during the week of our stay which is not good practice and we were only given one key so had to go and get another one.

Great stay

This is quite a modern apartment with 3 bedrooms in a very central location. There were 2 toilets and 2 bathroom, but one bathroom only has a bath no shower. The parking area is quite small, but the staff were very friendly to fit our car in. I can highly recommend staying in this apartment

Clean, comfortable, in very centre of town, and surprisingly quiet.

Nice, comfy apartment in very centre of the town. During the night area was very quiet. We were here for Ironman race, and apartment location was perfect - just few meters from event venue and race finish. Apartment is very clean and decently equipped. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Apartment could use a few touches to freshen it up, tighten few loose screws... But that's only few "cosmetics" and it did not bother us.

Two weeks in Zell am see

The property is a short easy walk to one of the main ski lifts and is in the centre of town near all the shops, cafes and restaurants. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Zell am see. Staff are friendly and professional.

Tisch verschmutzt, leere Schnapsflasche unter dem Bett, Zigarettenkippe auf dem Balkon…) - Fenstergriffe lose - Fenster teilweise undicht - Gardinenleisten locker - Möbel verschrammt und instabil - Einzelbetten sehr klein und unkomfortabel - warmes Wasser läuft sehr spät an - Fotos sehen wesentlich besser aus als die Wirklichkeit
