Would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The cooking facilities were excellent, which was great to have instead of eating out all the time, and having a washing machine was a real bonus. The view of the lake was beautiful and made our stay even more special. The hosts were absolutely amazing — nothing was ever an issue and they truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location is fabulous for skiing, being very close to the City Xpress gondola, and the beautiful township of Zell am See is directly behind the apartment. An outstanding place to stay — we would love to return!

Comfortable apartment very close to the lake. Good Wi-Fi signal. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. Train station, shops, and cafes are within 5-10 minutes' walk. Hospitable hosts and clear communication - thank you very much for your care!

A large and spacious apartment with a large and very equipped kitchen with many devices making the stay very comfortable. The apartment is in an good location making it truly feel like "home away from home."

1/ Bathroom smelled awful as it has no window and inside bathroom ventilation was not working during our 3 days stay . We we were promised they it will be fixed on Monday but it was not . 2/ The pre arrival check in requested details by the management of this place is too much and time consuming specially that most of those already been provided within booking.com when we reserved 3/ There are hidden charges such as deposit of 500 Euros and local tax that you can easily miss reading were not clearly displayed by the management within booking.com unlike other hotels / apartments reservations else where in this website ! 4/ For god sake why are you charging your guests extra for using the car park that is already alllocated for the apartments!! . Believe it or not we were charged for this during our stay ! . If anything that indicates that it is all about finding ways to consume your guests money unnecessarily! 5/ No sumner card available and provided when you book this apartment which grants your a lot of discount when you use different leisure trips , museums and tourist attractions. Other hotels and apartments rental in the areas provide you those but not with Sky n Lake . It would be great if management/ owners of this place really invest and take this into high considerations as alot of foreign families with save hundreds of Euros and will appreciate that and will come back again to your property and also would recommend it

We have arrived very late night and it was not a problem the keys were waiting for us in the deposit box. It was very convenient!

Location is great, right next to lake Zell. Spacious apartment with very big dining table and full kitchen. Bathroom is clean with a bidet. Balcony has a great view, self check in is quick and easy.

There was a very bad smell on check in, we needed to air the apartment. Sofa was outdated. Also there was no hand soap..

We were happy to stay here. Very nice and tidy Appartement. It has beautiful view on the lake and mountains. It is walking distance to everywhere in town. Several restaurants and grocery stores near by and dedicated parking. Also walking distance from the rail station. The hosts are really nice and helpfull as well. Very quiet surroundings, adequately warm and clean.. We will be pleased to visit them again!

Nice but overpriced

Spacious flat, comfy place, well equipped, cozy bed, clean, warm, nice view (when weather is nice one can see the lake from living room and balcony). Parking in front of the building. Restaurants nearby.

Bit overpriced. I would at least include soap in the property for such price. Kitchen was equipment but some basics like salt and sugar are missing 🤨. Some places at least offer coffee and tea, for free or at least offer possibility to pay for them. it was not possible to fully dim lighting in sleeping rooms. I also didn’t like the location, train passing by the house (very loud).

Great location and views

Great location with a view of the lake. Train tracks right in front but windows are great and block all the noise when closed. Nice balcony to sit on and enjoy the view fochten lake and the mountains. The apartment is spacious and can easily fit 2 families of 4.
