Comfortable practical stay

The apartment and building are nice and modern. Small comfortable spa/wellness area. Despite being outdoors, the pool was quite comfortable for winter time.

Apartment could feel a notch cleaner. A couple of oven safe containers/pyrex would be great. Our apartment was looking to street /parking lot what made it rather noisy in the early morning. Our neighbors on the top where very noisy in the evenings. Like moving furniture all around the place every night but that’s nothing to blame the property for.

Ski week in Zell am See

The location is good, close to the gondola(5 min walk), and a bus stop just across the street. The room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable, enough closets. Ski room was very good with heated stands for the boots. The Spa area was good, clean, though the pool can be warmer for our liking.

Microwave in the kitchen was missing (only oven present), there is a door to the hallway just next to the refrigerator/oven doors, so they collide and we had to make sure to be coordinated about that(hall leads to bathroom/wc). Staff was responsive via phonecall when we were in a pickle but not via WhatsApp on the number stated at reception, but it was solved quickly. A bit pricy for 2 person but of great value.

Excellent quality in the apartment , very comfortable well equipped and spacious

Pool was top col for us (around 27 degrees) and swimming possible only outside- sonom practice if too cold water outside we couldn’t use it with the kids in winter as no run just cold. This is the only drawback of our stay the rest was perfect.

Worst hotel ever

My entire experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible. There was no way to get in touch with the management or any actual staff at the hotel. The phone number listed on their website connects you to a customer service company that has no idea who you are or even that the hotel exists. I went through at least 10 different representatives just to ask for extra towels, and every single time I was promised someone would get back to me. No one ever did. Basic necessities like shampoo, trash bags, or any other essential items were almost never provided, and I had to go through a nightmare just to get them. After dealing with more than 10 additional representatives, I finally managed to get the number of the housekeeping manager, who only showed up two days late to bring me towels—and still forgot the trash bags. For the rest of my stay, I never received additional towels, no matter how many times I messaged him. The hotel manager himself gave me his personal WhatsApp number, but he ignored me for days on end, providing zero response to any of my requests. What made the experience even worse was the **Summer Card**, which was supposed to be included with the booking. This card grants free access to a wide range of attractions and discounts to many others, and our entire trip was planned around it. Despite paying a significant amount for this benefit, I only received the card after 3 days into my 6-day stay—after countless arguments with different representatives and the hotel manager, who kept claiming there was a "technical issue." As a result, half of our vacation was wasted on endless struggles just to get basic services or the card we had already paid for. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone—especially because of the unresponsive management and the utterly useless customer service.

Not a good view

In general, the apartment is maintained well and clean.

We got a room next to a restaurant, a road, paking lots and upper gabage area. We could not open the curtains and window during the whole stay and asked the hotel to change our room right away. However, it said that we had to keep the same room. We paid for 1400 euros for 4 nights via Booking.com app 2 months in advance before we arrived at the hotel. But the room isn't worth staying and is not worth as 1400 euros. We do not understand how the hotel assigned us for the cheapest level of rooms. We were pleasant being in Zell am see. but the room is not satisfied.

Fantastic

It was very clean and in a great location. We got a Summer Card which was a great way to save money on some tourist attractions, for example the ski lifts were free and you got a discount to get on a boat on the lake. The isolation in the appartement was fantastic. There is a SLIM-TV in every bedroom. This way you can watch TV and Netflix from your own bed. The pool and sauna were both wonderful. The appliances were great in the kitchen. It has a wasmachine machine,oven, induction plate and a lot of cutlery.

It is located next to a church,and you have to close the windows because otherwise you will hear the church bell ring very loudly. It is also sometimes hard to find management,you have to call them. A tip is to check in online,that way it is way faster and easier to get into your room. Your roomcard and other information that you need will be waiting for you at the reception area.

My experience at Spa Apartments in Zell am See was excellent overall. The apartment was impeccably clean and situated in a fantastic location, which made exploring the area very convenient.

However, I had requested a room with a great view, but unfortunately, it wasn't available at the time of my booking. This was a bit disappointing as I was hoping to enjoy scenic vistas during my stay.

Exceptional

You will be pleasantly suppressed, as we definitely were, how well finished the apartments are, including the inner area with the swimming pool. Everything is very well thought of. The hosts are part of summer card scheme which gives you free entry to most of the Kaprun and Zell am see attractions including cable cars, during the summer time. This made our stay absolutely memorable. We loved it every minute of it and will be for sure returning.

Excellent location, near to bus stop. The pool was brilliant for kids, especially to cool down after a day hiking in the heat. The apartment was excellent - clean, spacious & well equipped. Summer card was invaluable & we were able to travel on cable cars & buses for free.

Apartment overlooked main road so children were woken at night with noise outside, no air con so very warm & reception wasn’t manned a lot of the time which made queries more difficult.

Nice place to stas in Zell am See

Location, equipment, rooms … these are perfect. Outdoor pool or indoor sauna is perfect. Staff was very helpful and kind, everything was okay. There are two chargers for EV in the parking. Rooms are very nice, clean and well equiped. While comming to Zell am See this place will always be one of my favourite to select. We enoyed it much.

Family apartment in what we stayed was located next to the main road. Because there is no aircondition in rooms and outside was 32 degrees, it was hard to manage sleeping. Closed windows ment hot, opened windows ment noise from passing cars on the street. It was the only trouble in paradise. Everything else was fine for us.

Nice place and location, modern apartment, kitchen is missing microwave oven and more dishes.

Good location, modern and clean apartment, very friendly staff (lady) who provided the key handover and intro. Great benefit is the local traveller card for free use of trolleys and other attractions in the region. In general there is a lot to see in the region.

Our apartment was on the first floor and windows were facing the nearby restaurant terrace. So, from the windows you are watching the restaurant guests and they are watching you. Also, when you go to your balcony, you are just facing the restaurant. Fortunately there are blinds outside, which may hide your windows and protect the privacy but then it is darker. Even the apartment furniture and kitchen appliances are very modern, the microwave oven is seriously missing and also there only few dishes and accessories. E.g. 4 forks & knives, or only 2 big knifes for cutting your food. That should not happen in such price category. Also, I would appreciate garage parking.

Almost perfect, the weather was a little hit and miss but you can't blame anyone for that.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and very relaxing with great space and superb bathrooms. It's only a year old but it is so well built and furnished to such a high standard. The Hosts were very helpful. The Balconies were awesome with lovely views. The accommodation was tremendous some of the best catering apartments we have ever stayed in with great spa and pool facilities. The bus stop for both bus and ski bus was just 50 yds walk away and short walk to a main lift. Easy to get to the town and local area has good facilities, supermarkets and restaurants. I am keen to return.

Nothing. We travelled in low season and Breakfast was no longer an option but we were advised of this when booking but the restaurant looks fabulous and I will book earlier next time to enjoy the well reviewed breakfast but the local shops and restaurants are well stocked.

Exceeded my expectations - high quality, well appointed apartments in close proximity to the ski lift

High specification apartments with beautiful decor and superb facilities such as ski lockers. The outside pool and sauna was very welcome after a days skiing. Exceptionally clean in the apartment and all communal areas. Also, the host was very welcoming and helpful.

No bath (shower only in bathrooms). However, the shower was very spacious with a rain forest.
