If you wake up 7 it is ok with you, other than that the church bell will start from 7 am for every 30 minutes, also keep in mind that you will not get the summer card unless you pay 500 euro as security deposit + TAX this is process will take place by using there application (if dose it works). Also entrance instructions start with (don't do that bot do that) rather than vice versa, which make my confused. No microwave, no washing machine.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable, quiet, prepared to make you feel like at home and really covering all the needs and expectations.

The apartment was nice, cozy, and clean. I also enjoyed the spa, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, we received the summer card which was a great benefit. Thanks to it, we were able to visit many points of interest in the area without having to buy tickets for lifts, museums, and other attractions. Overall, it made our stay even more enjoyable

In general, the apartment is maintained well and clean.

We got a room next to a restaurant, a road, paking lots and upper gabage area. We could not open the curtains and window during the whole stay and asked the hotel to change our room right away. However, it said that we had to keep the same room. We paid for 1400 euros for 4 nights via Booking.com app 2 months in advance before we arrived at the hotel. But the room isn't worth staying and is not worth as 1400 euros. We do not understand how the hotel assigned us for the cheapest level of rooms. We were pleasant being in Zell am see. but the room is not satisfied.
