Great host Alex. Have us great tips on using the Kaprun card. Some local knowledge which really helped navigate a new setting. Apartment was great. Clean and well set out - good kitchen amenities.
A washing machine would be icing on the cake. Alex offered to launder clothes for a small charge. Otherwise great

Great location, and it was very convenient to have parking right outside the building. The included Zell Am See/Kaprun Summer Card really adds significant value. Alex was really helpful, gave us great information and was always so kind to talk to. The apartment itself was great for our family of 3 (including a toddler). There is no AC and we were there during the heat wave - but 2 fans were provided, 1 for each bedroom and those came in handy.

A warm welcome by the owner who walked towards us to greet us upon arrival and gave useful information on activities to do. Location is convenient with parking in front, easy to reach from main road and walking distance to town, to supermarket and bus to lift or walking to the xpress lift. The booking included a Sommerkarte with access to all lifts, public transport and other activities, this saves you a whole lot of money. Modern apartment, with good bedding and great rain shower.
It is minor but if I need to mention something it would be that the upstair neightbours we could hear walking sometimes. I wish we had airco (we were there in 30+ degree summer period)
