Nice stay in a centre of Zell am see, if you don

The apartment was spacious, nicely reconstructed. Kitchen well equipped only missing the cheese grinder :) Comfy beds, spacious rooms, huge cabinet. If you are 4, it will be a bit crowded, but still good value for money.

The main concern was disco next door, which runs till the night (2 AM) and I was able to clearly hear which song they are currently playing even over closed windows. Also the smell on a floor from the downstairs restaurant was annoying, but hopefully it stayed only on the corridor. This is big flaw of this apartment, which is otherwise great. Also missing some hangers next to sink. Wifi is poor. They do not have Summer card -> with that you can save a lot of money on the cable cabins, boats, etc. They provide only Guest card which gets you 5 to 10% discount.

Lack of kitchenware such as cutlery and plates meaning dishwasher needed to be run twice daily. Only a microwave and grill. Better pillows should be provided. Ski locker room too small for the number of people staying at the apartment block.

Property was as advertised in a central location with good proximity to the Schmittenhohe ski area. The property office is no longer located near to the accommodation, but they arrange for keys to be collected from a secure lockbox.

The property is in a lively central earlier, which is convenient for accessing both the town and the ski area; however, I would warn families staying in this accommodation that it is possible that you would be impacted by noise from the nearby local bars on some days.

Nice and cozy stay by the awesome lake Zell am See.

The location was perfect. The little balcony super cute. The little kitchenette had everything even a coffee machine. The curtains were great, you had no sunlight who would wake you up.

The kitchenette was in my option too small. If you wanted to cook you had to be creative to make some space. I think it could be solved differently. Parking place about 15 minutes walking from the apartment.

Cheap-ish and the room was worn down but ok. However they screwed us by being unreliable.

For the region this was good value for money and the location is right smack in the middle of the city. We were allowed an 11 o'clock checkout (one hr later than agreed) at no charge (after some debate and two visits to the counter but they did it). We got two additional pillows (after a 24 delay and asking for them twice and they still were so cheap it was like having half a decent one - but still, the second employee was kind and helpful and got it done). Trying to be very fair here with just going down to 4/10.

We asked 2 times if we could leave our luggage at the desk day of our departure, both employees said yes and then the office was deserted on saturday leaving us stranded with luggage and so we had to cancel our last trip (lockboxes at the trainstation were unavailable as well due to major construction there). When we wrote a WhatsApp to the number printed on the door we got no answer (to this day). That was INFURIATING after we asked TWO different employees to make sure this would work. A power socket stuck out of the wall exposing the wiring. Pillows are a joke (compress to nothing). No cleaning under the bed so large amounts of dust came out. Table was broken. The bedsheets were strangely scratchy. The austrian police showed up on our door one evening asking questions about other tennants. There should also be some better definition / comunication of what constitutes the "mountain view". Yes, you can see the mountain above the back-yard with the trashcans and buildings across. It's still kinda just half a view. It is a nice view though if you sit on the balcony and just look up.

Lovely apartment - would recommend

Exactly same as photos Modern Clean Friendly staff with an office next to the apartments to help who manage the apartments and answer questions - this was a plus feature as someone is always there if you need help Central location yet quiet, round the corner from centre of town with lots of restaurants

Feather bedding is cruel to birds/animals and poor for allergies - it does not match the advertised description as ‘hypoallergenic’
