Perfect place to stay with family or a group of friends.

The location is perfect- close to the city express which joins the other lifts. There was heaps of space. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a lovely dining area. We enjoyed the private sauna. The host was very welcoming and showed us how to use everything.

A lounge would add to the rooms which have plenty of room.

everything was clean and ready for comfortable stay I went with my family of 4 kids we felt like it was just like our home very cozy and comfortable the view is very nice specially in the morning i rate it 8 only because there was no elevators and the far is in the 4th floor otherwise it was perfect flat And every thing around few mins of walk only

Great location and view with additional great offers to customers.

The sauna room is great. Especially, the travel cards giving to customers with a lot of offers, from free to discount. That was amazing and saving a lot of travellers. The location is great too. The view from the top is also beautiful.

The shower head in the bathroom needs to replace by new one so the water will run out better. There are now in-house sandals, those make the floor easier to be dirty. The toilet papers were not enough.

A very pleasant stay

Very good communication with the owner of the apartment. The apartment offers almost everything you need for a pleasant stay, in order to explore the Zell am See-Kaprun region. It will definitely be our choice for our next visit to Zell am See.

The parking the views ,the bedrooms suited our needs & the kitchen was well stocked, livingroom was very comfortable ,overall we enjoyed the accommodation & the sauna was a bonus ,bathroom was very roomy for our party of 4 adults & 4 children

Het was niet echt goed schoon op de vloer(en), achter de radiatoren en op het tafelkleed

الشقه لا تصلح

لا يوجد اي شي اعجبني ومعاملت مالكت الشقه تقوم باستغلالك بعد انتهاء الحجز بانتهامك بقيامك بتكسير المكان وتجبرك بان تقوم بتنظيف الشقه بعد المغادره او ستقوم بفرض غرامه عليك

المكان ليس نظيفا المناشف ممزقه وكذالك يوجد فيها بقع سوداء وكذلك يوجد بها رائحه ادوات الطبخ ليست نظيفه وجديده شراءف النوم يوجد فيها رائحه وكذلك الشقه في طابق 4 ولا يوجد مصعد كهربائي

كانت إقامة حق ليلة وحده .. و تعتبر جيدة

شقة عباره عن 4 غرفو بينهم ممر طويل … لا تحتوي على صاله ( بدون غرفة معيشه ) .. و في الممر فيها حمامين و واحد منهم حق الشاور فقط .. لكن ما اذكر مو متاكد إذا وحده من الغرف كان فيها حمام .. بس أتذكر ان فيها حمامين .. تاكدوا قبل ما تحجزون .. و فيها مطبخ مستقل .. و فيها بلكونه تربط ال 4 غرف ببعض .. يعني بلكونه وحده و من كل غرفه تقدر تدخل لها .. إطلالتها على المدينه و تشوف بحيرة زلمسي من بعييييييد … موقعها في السنتر على طول .. الموقع فوق الممتاز .. 10/10 و شقه نظيفه و مرتبه .. أتوقع تنفع حق 8 أشخاص …

ما فيها مصعد .. الصعود و النزول بالدرج متعب إذا عندكم كبار السن لان الشقه فوق .. لكن إذا تقعدون فيها مدة طويله عادي لان الشنط بتشيلونها في الجيك ان و الجيك آوت .. و ما فيها غرفة معيشه يعني ( بدون صاله ) .. بس عبارة عن 4 غرف .. ف ما في مكان تقعدون فيه .. يعني اوكيه حق النوم بس مو مال تجمع .. و ما فيها رسبشن طبعا ك غالبية الشقق في زلمسي .. و هالنوعيه من الشقق حاسبوا و كلموهم قبل و تواصلوا معاهم و اعرفوا طريقة الدخول .. لان طريقة الدخول ذاتية .. و خبروهم عن وقت الوصول …

Insgesamt ein ordentlicher Aufenthalt, leider lies sich aber die Vermieterin nicht darauf ein, trotz der Lärmbelästigung

Die Lage des Hauses ist tatsächlich ausgesprochen gut. Zudem ist das Appartement äußerst geräumig.

Leider nur ein geräumiges Bad, welches sehr steril an ein Krankenhaus erinnert. Eine zusätzliche Dusche war zwar auf dem Dachboden eingebaut, jedoch nichts für Männer über 190cm. Die Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl wohl vorher renoviert wurde (Küchenzeile war neu), sind äußerst viele Wollmäuse in den Ecken. Hinter der Heizung sollte man gar nicht schauen. Leider wurde sowohl die 1. als auch die 2. Etage während unseres Aufenthaltes renoviert, was letztendlich wohl zwangsläufig nicht zur Erholung beigetragen hat. Entsprechend sah das Treppenhaus sehr, sehr renovierungsbedürftig aus. Auf die 3. Etage haben wir uns ja selbst eingelassen, man muss also gut zu Fuß sein.
